Rented a tiller. The tiller worked fine and the service at rental and return was top notch. My only complaint is the price seemed pretty steep.
These people always have my back when I need a machine to get the job done. Great service and great people work here.
Had a delivery to here with some equipment from another location. Always gets us in and out fast and trouble free. Love hauling for these guys. Look forward to doing business again soon.
The only thing I dont like is when I have to pay, lol. Other than that, I've never had an issue with the clarksville location.
This place should be your last call every time. Call every other local company before renting here. The most expensive equipment, but the cheapest least optioned, worst maintained equipment of every rental company around. Rented a skid steer, it's not a cab machine, but more expensive that a cab one at united. Oh. And its foot control. Because its not like anyone would use this for grading or any precision work, so no need for joystick. It does have a front door, but the wiper is missing, so you have to continually stop and hose the dust off or you can't see. Cab bolts are loose and missing. So it feels like the machine is going to fall apart every time it hits slightest bump. Got a harley rake with it. I guess the tires don't really need air, since they were both flat. Wouldn't actually hook up to the bobcat because the quick coupler was broke. Couldn't bother to get the power angle rake, but still more expensive that one at united. Mistake I won't make again.
Great service and tools
I made a reservation on a Tuesday for Friday since they mention I could keep it for the weekend without paying extra. When I got there to pick it up, they pretty much told me it was for Tuesday the day I’d called and that I missed it. They could be said , sorry , we’ll get you one as soon as we get one tiller back, but instead they didn’t even offer anything. So I’m not going back there.
We just rented a floor sander to work on our deck, Ben was our customer service contact. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you, Ben! We will be back again!!
I’m not going to lie I was expecting to come out of sunbelt this morning more defeated than I already was from my hardwood floor project. But sunbelt did me right. After a horrible weekend I can salvage what left of this week I have of moral. Great customer service. Great prices. Overall awesome experience.
