Clarksville Tool Repair

The BEST dudes in town. Don't throw that drill or saw away, bring it to these guys! Always inexpensive, always fast, always so nice to work with. They probably should make fun of a lot of the stupidity that comes through their door, but they have NEVER made me feel less than for needing an assist. These guys rock for all your DeWalt and other repair needs!

I dropped off my DeWalt oscillating tool to be repaired. The switch or battery connection was working intermittently. The gentleman told me to get the battery that it was doing it with and leave it with them. I told him it did it on all of my batteries and this one with it was the newest one. He said they would look at it and call next week. After two weeks I called to check to see if my tool was able to be repaired. I was told it would be looked at tomorrow. Not a big deal because of the holidays. Two days later I called, was told it was on the bench being fixed ready tomorrow. Tomorrow I called said would have it looked this afternoon. I told him I needed to know because I needed it for a job. They called an hour later and said couldn't be fixed. Went to pick up my tool and battery , mainly for the battery. Gave me my case and said there you go. I opened it to find out my battery was missing. They tried to give me an old used one with writing on it. I told them what the battery looked like new yellow top with power buttons. They told told me there was no battery left and they tell people not to leave batteries so they don't get lost. I asked why did you tell me to leave my battery then. The gentleman stated he doesn't tell people to do that. Beware of this repair shop. This was a very disappointing event. Tried to possibly save some money and it ended up costing me a brand new $100 battery.

These guys are awesome! They do great work with quick turnaround at a fair price and have been in Clarksville for a long time. I will definitely be back if I ever need anything else done.
