Lowe’s on Madison st Don’t buy anything over there!!!! Terrible experience with staff manager , unbelievable. We bought washer Wednesday august 9/8/2023 , we spent half an hour with employees to arrange delivery best way for both sides, Friday after 3:30 , they put a note for purchase. Today they had started calling from 2:30 , with questions about rescheduling!!! Three different people called me and we were starting conversation over and over again from the beginning, no results,they don’t want or they can’t to deliver our washer. We had paid 500$ in cash , and when we went back to the store for refunds they left us to wait in the store to wait for more then an hour with receipt of purchase like proof, and they didn’t give us our cash many back!!! Unbelievable, and understandable. Manager was running from us. They told us to wait for some kind of email approval from third company that is not our problem , we had paid in Lowe’s store at the cashier!!! Unbelievable

All of the employees who were at this location were more than helpful! Is so nice to come to the store and not have to use the app to find things. Go to the department where you think said item would be and they direct you or find it for you. One of the best lowes location I have ever visited. Prices seem way more affordable then home depot

Lowe's Home Improvement Store is a great place to shop for hard to find items. It is a super store with many varieties of the product you need. The prices range from low to high, so you can shop within your budget. I go there for very specific brands because I know Lowe's will have what I need.

Bought a washer on a Tuesday to be delivered on Friday. Delivery guy was rude left the washer in my dining room. Insisted he couldn't get the water valves shut off. We needed a plumber to fix it. Plumber came shut it off nothing wrong with it. He said he would come back that day and didn't. Spoke to the manager to reschedule only to be told he didn't know what day they would be out. Nothing was done accept I am sorry these things happen. They use 3rd parties for delivery. You spend money there and expect good customer service. In my opinion it wasn't.

There’s two Lowes in Clarksville, and I greatly prefer this store. The staff is definitely more friendly and knowledgeable at this location, so much so that it seems management has developed a very positive climate here. The tool rental staff here is exceptional as well. The only time I will visit another store now is if an item I need is not in stock.

You seriously can’t look up an appliance purchase within the past year? I have a my Lowe’s account. If any upper management or corporate are seeing this, both the two appliance people told me this and a manager. 1. I don’t buy it. No company would get rid of a transaction like that. 2. If you actually do, then you deserve the review as well. I’m done.

This place gets off on being slow as snails. A lady in front of me was literally trying to scam a return for easy cash and the lady at customer service for some reason looked over her receipt five times with 6 people in line behind her. She knew what she was doing was a butthead move but did it anyways as she seemed apathetic to everything said to her. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had at ANY store....do not go here expecting something positive. A nightmare fuel can ready to blow.

Thanks Christy in the paint department She was so helpful. We normally go to the Lowe's Dr location but was closer to Madison st at the time. She was actually concerned about our paint being exact match and did it with a smile. Thanks for being so helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely be coming here from now on!!!

Placed a very large online order through this store. The items were never delivered and tried to call the store 15 times yes, actually 15 times and they NEVER picked up my calls. How can customer service, flooring, cabinets or delivery department be all too busy to answer a customer call?

Customer service had gotten better. They used to dodge customers but now our last few visits the staff was very helpful.
