While my doctor is great, I am giving this one star rating because of the office staff! I have been trying to contact the office for a week now via telephone. I call multiple times a day, and other than the automated system answering, the phones go unanswered by the office staff! There are things and issues that need to be done via the telephone. I simply can not go to their office whenever since I live in another city. I plan to talk with my doctor about this issue next time I go in for my appointment.
My doctor is great. The low rating is due to the attitude of the clerical staff. They do not answer the phone. They are usually very rude and not welcoming. I have attempted repeatedly to set an appointment. The phone is never answered.
Extremely poor management/ patient care, no follow up with test results, impossible to get ahold of the office- not answering their phone for days. Totally agree with all the reviews! Update: even though i still believe the office management needs help there was there the other day and the phone was ringing for 15 min and no one cared to answer..BUT I am really impressed with Lindsey, PA! I have seen Dr, and another PA. there previously. She is knowledgeable, caring, up to date with treatment options, helped me to be seen promptly when I was not feeling well a couple of times. If you go there., see Lindsey! You won’t be disappointed, I give her 5 starts! She is a fresh breath of air at that place!
Drs. you are losing patients because of a staff problems Called 11 times with no answer. Y'all should fire the staff and find some people that will actually do there job. As far as the doctors , if you can manage to get an appointment, they are great.
Worse staff ever!!! I’ve been calling for days no answer.. While there a few weeks ago, everyone talking, laughing and phone ringing and ringing… Tried talking to doctor about it , he said he didn’t want to here any complaints… That’s the problem there they do what they want.. As soon as we get doctors release, Looking for another urology doctor.. Never returning to that PLACE… VERY VERY BAD FRONT DESK STAFF
Terrible experience!! I took my mom to get checked, and doctor Nelson was a total jerk, definitely was not interested in her concerns, he did not even listen to all she had to say when he immediately diagnosed her with something. No testing or anything! Unfortunately these are the types of people we have available. As a patient it is so important to be heard and be respected as an individual! Staff was not that welcoming and helpful either! If I could give negative stars I would! Don’t come here!
Amazing lack of front office care. I've been calling for days and get no answer. My husband is supposed to get an MRI and the office is supposed to schedule the appointment. It's been 2 weeks and NOTHING.
I was seeing Dr. Slayden for various issues. I had some simple lab test done, afterwards, I never heard anything back from him for five weeks now after the results of the test came in. His office staff might as well be non-responsive because they are of no help. Obviously this clinic just doesn't care or is not in any position to be providing responsible medical services to people. Please read the reviews about this place. They aren't good...
Worst staff ever, I been a patient of Dr. Stikes for years and we love Dr. Stikes but his staff is the worse and I have tried to make multiple appointments and unable to get schedule, plus apparently one of his nurses or what she called herself supervisors was the worse having my wife over explain herself why I need an appointment and making her look dumb every time she over explained. By far the worse staff.
I am giving this place a 1 star rating I would not recommend no one to go to this place! One of the staff members has called my husband twice to reschedule his appointment and I think that’s ridiculous! My husband takes the time to get off and money so he can attend his appointment! And they always have an excuse just for him to reschedule his appointment! Very disappointing!
