West Valley National Bank

I’m unemployed at the moment and have not deposited any money into my account for over a month. I moved all my auto pays out as far as I could but missed one. My account over drafted on Friday so I made three separate deposits this weekend to get my account back into the positive. All of the sudden Tuesday at Midnight they hit me with a $35 over draft fee putting me desperately in jeopardy of going negative. Darla at my local branch was able to help me get the fees reversed and I’m so thankful to her and the branch for giving me that small town feel!

We found the bank management very helpful and friendly when we set up our account. New to town and we are pleased that we picked this bank. Tellers always very pleasant. I would like to respond to the lady in the other post. She complained about everyone in Prescott Valley. We found everyone to be extremely helpful and friendly in the whole community.

I would give less than one star if I could this is by far the worst bank I have ever done business at. They are unprofessional and the bank manager is horrible to deal with. Beware before you go there, they will be great at first but in the end watch out.

Everyone who works at this office are very very helpful and have always gone out of there way to make sure we are happy it doesn"t matter if we are going into the branch or on the phone. So glad when we moved here and we chose National Bank! The Swicks

Nice to know that banks don't have the money to back the checks they issue or honor their checks to non-account holders.

Very rude people just sent up a back act here and got a call from a lady that setup my back act saying she needs two hundred dollars. Should have just setup the act in Phoenix and would has never had this problem people are rude as hell here in this town.

I have lived in prescott valley for a year now and everytime i go to this location the staff is very rude,never friendly and never welcoming. Always treated like an inconvenience.

The staff are always very friendly and ready to help. Never waited more than a couple minutes in line even when it was busy.

All the lady's here are very nice and they have memorized my name .
