Let the waiting begin! The product Surgery they are selling you is good, the best in the Empire! The level of customer service you expect to come with the product they are trying to get you to buy is absolutely deplorable! The office consistently cancels appointments, after canceled appointments! Periods of long waiting for returning phone calls. Most of the time you never get your phone call returned. You; the patient has to take time out of your schedule to call them consistently on the daily just to get an answer from the office staff. Hearing the words, 'I don't know' & 'I can't get you that information right now' is normal thing. The Dr is the best! but, his staff running his medical office, and schedule are very much overwhelmed. They do there best to help you but, the information is limited. Absolute inconsistency in the level of customer service you will receive from day one. Get ready for long periods of time, waiting week after week just to get a response or any information from the office.

I had an amazing experience with my surgery. Dr Martin was amazing. From the moment I began this process back in January of 2022 until I got my sleeve on October 14th, 2022. I have had nothing but a positive experience. The hospital stay was very comforting, and the nurses and staff took great care of me. Thank you Dr David Martin, and the rest of the St. Bernardine Medical Center staff!!!

Thank you, Dr. Krahn for making my appointment happen on the same day by filling in for the doctor and even though my medical history may have surprised you I am thankful for still going through with it and giving me some of the best care I've ever received.

So i have been dealing with this company for a little more than a year now for my wifes gastric surgery.  She has been given the run around for months about scheduling a pre-op and then after hearing “ we are currently working on more dates to become available” every week for the last 8 months i find out that the delay has to do with staff quitting because the stress im guessing. After her file got pushed to rochelle  not sure the correct spelling  we find out that we still have more waiting because her calendar also is stuck in 2021 because the 2022 calendar hasn’t released as of August 2022. Great Drs lazy staff? Let you be the judge. Pre-op completed 2022 Surgery 2024? Maybe?

I don't regret getting the surgery at all I have had wonderful results. However the office staff is rude, never answer calls, and insane wait times. However that is not my biggest problem. I am currently 3 years post op gastric bypass with the silastic ring. Not one single person from this office has reached out or called to schedule any follow ups. right after surgery I called and waiting on the phone to do my 1 wk., 2 wk., and 1 month post op appointment. Its now 3 years later and still have not been back or contacted. You would think they would keep in contact since I have an experimental non FDA approved Ring on my stomach pouch!

I got my surgery and I couldn't be happier.  Many thanks to all involved

Very disappointed in how my gastric sleeve has failed and furthermore the doctors do not even care or call back since I complained. Me and my husband had our surgery in may and lost only 20lbs!  Update I have lost 70 lbs but never got any call back from doctor and not sure why you say you would check call logs when you can check my chart and see the P.A. Documented for Doc to call me and never did you call me .

I had the gastric bypass surgery the staff was great with me. The doctors were amazing I am 5 months out and heal amazing and had not one problem. Dr. Krahn was amazing and doing my surgery even clean out scar  tissue for a surgery I had before. The staff was great for my first month after surgery I had forgot my protein drink they gave me a shaker and protein for free. I had a real positive experience here. Just got be patient took year to gain weight dont think I going happen in a few days.

I am very impressed by the doctor. Many of my family members have had surgery with Dr. Krahn. We all feel completely impressed by him and his staff
