So much better than Absolute Dental. I actually was able to get a reasonable appointment for my abscess tooth and the receptionist was super helpful cause i could barely talk due to my swollen face . I have to come back for quite a bit of work but am happy to be doing it here. If i call someone calls me back in a timely manner if they werent available to answer and the staff is super friendly. The dentist M Martin knows his stuff and listens to his patients and provides the best care .
Never really post reviews but I wanted to let everyone know this dentist pulled all my wisdom teeth out safely and quickly I was amazed. They healed very nicely and had no problems during the healing process . I also had chipped my bottom front tooth and within a month they were able to replace it with a crown which was only 700$ I think that’s very good priced and you can’t even tell I have a crown if you were to look at my teeth . Love this dentist office in sparks .
It was a little nervous at first but the women and the help there made me feel more comfortable the dentistry work is worth the visit. They keep you posted on when your appointment's are .. I'll definitely keep western dental for myself..
They really care about you. The support staff are outstanding from the front desk on back. Dental assistants are professional friendly and kind. That goes for front desk women too. Dentist is experienced and professional. Two thumbs up to western dental in Sparks Gotta say I was skeptical at first, but that went away after first visit. Recommend them
Horrible experience with this place. My appointment was made for 11:00am to fill my cavities. I checked in, and they didn’t even know what my appointment was for. I waited an hour and a half for them to check my insurance and at 12:30pm they asked me if I could come back at 2:00pm because the doctor has lunch at 1:00pm and filling my cavities would take a long time. I said okay and asked them if I would for sure get in at 2:00pm because I didn’t want to wait any longer. They said no it would be a fast check in and I’d be sent back to see the dentist. Then at 1:45pm they called me and asked if they could push my appointment back to 2:30pm maybe even 3:15pm because they scheduled wrong.. I cancelled the appointment, didn’t get seen and not a single employee said sorry for anything.. worst dentist experience! And to top it off they didn’t even spell my name right on my paper..
Hello viewers. I want to recommend Western dental in Sparks Nevada. My daughter needed work done. The team here went beyond their call of duty to take care of our situation. The manager helped in a major way. Thanks. Highly recommend.
Dark and dirty. i sat in the chair while the assistants were playing on their phones while I was left wondering what was going on. I had to ask and I guess we were waiting for the dentist. When he finally arrived, he was very blunt and cold. He asked if a tooth was sensitive to cold and when I said I wasn't sure, he blasted it with cold water suddenly which triggered a mental breakdown for me. I am neurodivergent He was far from reassuring about my dental issues and I left already calling my insurance to change my dentist. REALLY didn't help that my appointment was first a few days prior due to an infection but when I showed up for that, they told me I didn't have an appointment and i would have to wait a week. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Don't go here! The office is gross, you can hear everyones information and ailment at the desk, its first come first serve, not comfortable; Front desk staff seems to be incompetent - they scheduled me and the day before npt only needed to cancel but also dropped the insurance I had, and then offered to schedule me as cash paying, but then forgot to schedule me. Awful, there are better establishments with friendly staff, comfortable offices and affordable flexible payment plans.
So far so good the girls are great and and I'm not sure about the dentist I haven't really met him but one time but he seemed to be very nice and they're right on getting you in there's no weight really And I've recommended a few people there.
Had an appointment and stood there waiting for 2 hours for no one to open the doors or answer the office phone. When I watch to employees walk into the building. Update your store hours or atleast have common curiosity to call your patients!!
