1986 Graduate of Las Lomas High School in Walnut Creek, California
1992 Graduate of California State University in Hayward, California
1996 Graduate of Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska
Staff Dentist at the Downieville Dental Clinic 1997-1998.
Established the Dental Clinic at Eastern Plumas Health Care in Portola, California: 1998-2003.
Established Sparks Family Dentistry, LLC: 2004
