On top of being 45 mins late to see me, the dr told me he would not reinsert my nexplanon the same day he removed the previous one. When I asked on the phone prior to my appt, I was told they do same day removal and reinsert but when I got there that was not the case. I asked multiple times before even stepping foot into an exam room and everyone just kept saying “the doctor will talk to you” . That didn’t sit right with me and made me feel very uneasy. When he finally showed up to the room he told me he will see me next week and insert my new nexplanon . I didn’t have an appt scheduled for a week so I have no idea what he was even talking about. I wasted my time coming there and even took time off work to be there! This was very frustrating and unprofessional.

Don't come here for prental/postnatal care. I have been rescheduled three times. I guess they only have one obgyn at the moment. It's frustrating. Dr. Treadopediatrictianis great though. Also why do none of the front desk staff wear their masks properly?

The female that make appts who sit at the front desk is rude as hell. It seems like she dnt wanna make proper appts as if she has to pay for the service. The way they are set up sucks I see why so many ppl sick in the area just horrible and they need better physicians.

I still go to Western Wayne for care. There is an employee that works at the front desk and answers the phone. Her name is Brenda. She is a very caring, patient individual who has made my experience at Western Wayne a pleasant experience more than once.

TERRIBLE FOR PRENATAL CARE!!! They overbook and are not thorough at alll!!! Dr. Hamid Sanjaghsaz, GAVE ME RESULTS FOR A TEST THAT I HADNT EVEN TAKEN YET. Then, when I did go and have a high risk ultrasound done, come 2 weeks later, he still claimed not to have the results back yet. I was able to see the results on the portal the next day. He sucks. Lazy and unorganized.

Horrible, unprofessional place. They gave me the wrong lab results. I was forced to pay out of pocket $560 for a prenatal blood test even though I have Medicaid coverage. They gave me the runaround for 6 months about the issue. No one helped me. The front desk is very unprofessional with resolving issues.

The people are really nice here. I especially like Dr. Treado. He’s young and fresh that’s nice to see in a pediatrician. I don’t like the way I never see my primary care physician when I make a appointment to see her. It’s always a resident. Which is nice but I’d like to get to know my primary care physician and establish a doctor patient relationship with her. That resident will be long gone and my doctor won’t know anything about my health history. This whole place is like that. Every time I make a appointment they wanna bring in a resident. It makes me feel like experiment. I don’t like that at all. Other than that it’s a clean nice facility. Just be prepared to be studied.

This place is a joke. Note I’m writing this as I wait for the manager. This should not be called a doctors office. Ever few months I have to change my PCP because the doctor has left this terrible office. They make you wait long periods and see you for less than 5mins and then sends you somewhere else. They don’t do ultrasound, they don’t do pelvic exams, they don’t do MRI’s. The doctor literally told me to go to a different doctor. The staff talks in Spanish as if they don’t want you to understand what they are saying. I will never EVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

I was a patient at this office for 3 years and absolutely loved it. That was when my Dr was Laura Kremer. She left, and Whitney White became my new PCP. I met with her twice and both times she was VERY dry and nonchalant. Very different from my prior experience with Dr Kremer. I had my phone on speaker during the 2nd appt which was telehealth and my family couldn’t believe how humdrum Whitney’s tone of voice was as well as her overall lack of concern for my lab results. My experience with her was horrible and I’ve changed my PCP and office as a result. It doesn’t take much to be kind and caring, but apparently it’s too much work for some. The office staff is excellent. No complaints there.

I ABSOLUTELY APPRECIATE DR. EGGLESTON & HER STAFF. EVERYONE WAS SO PLEASANT & VERY CARING!!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!
