I love this mall! The pictures I took are not even half of the stores, restaurants, play area for kids etc that exists in this cute and modern vibe area. I love coming here and I know for a fact that my toddlers love it more. I highly recommend! I give 4stars because the restrooms can use a little upgrade…some toilets wiggle when you seat on them and the family rooms are old and smell musty.
This outdoor mall is so nice to just go to and walk around. Also so many sitting areas with relaxing scenes. The koi fountain, the promenade, ice rink, dog park, live music, list goes on. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the stores, but others might disagree. 2 things that aren't great. They charge for parking, and they need to fix their plumbing issues which get you right in the senses and are in the same few spots as you walk around.
I know visiting a new city can be stressful if you aren’t adventurous. I’m probably average on the adventure scale. So if your visiting San Diego then you have to go to this mall! The ride was on the Trolley and cost $2.50 each way. Take the blue line all the way to the end at UTC and you are literally at the mall. My ride was about 45 minutes. The mall is all outdoors and is gorgeous. There are so many high end stores and also the anchor stores like Macys; I bought a belt and some socks not that you care. I also went to a movie and had lunch at Seasons 52 one of my favorites. When your done for the day just hop back on the trolley to the city. One was waiting for me when I went back to the platform. The Westfield UTC mall is a must see. Next time I’ll have to ask what UTC means.
Best outdoor mall in the area! Very clean and well-kept. Parking is free for the first two hours and you can always find a spot except during the afternoon on a weekend. There are lots of great restaurants, bars and shops. For any occasion and any budget.
Lots of amazing stores and restaurants, a Lego Store! Indoor food court has a skating rink. Unique outdoor mall. Parking is free if you are under 2 hours but that could prove difficult with all it has to explore.
Today's July 28th 2022 my girlfriend and I decided to take the new trolley line from Hillcrest up to UTC. It's about a 30-minute ride and is the last stop. Just a heads up that you will need to walk through a large parking lot to get to the first store which is Macy's. Once you get into the mall it really is nice as I had not been up there in 15 years. Really enjoyed seeing so many new stores, a few restaurants and two nice water pools with Dolphin statues. There is an ice skating rink there that has the food court so lots of choices and that's where we ate. I also added in the photos Hannah's Creamery and Cafe be sure to check that place out it's very cool inside what's delicious desserts.
It's a awesome mall. I was in awe of all the unique design features everywhere. They have plenty of shops, restaurants and even a Ice rink
Sorry didn't take much photos, but this outside mall looks great, is clean, architecturally designed amazing! There's little crows xD so adorable, I'm a tourist and it seems a great place to shop in, they have major shops like Macy's and a lot of food places to visit
Growing up in Northern California I was never privy to these open air shopping malls. These are pretty cool and I think unique to the Southern California region. I think I started seeing these in Northern California in the last 10 years but it's been a while since I've been there. This was a cool mall and I'm sure folks would want to visit and check out the different things plus it also has a veggie grill so you have some vegan food there that's readily available
I like this place. They've got pretty outstanding stores. The food court is quite nice. Thy've got 2 hour free parking. 5/5.
