Went to Westford Vein this morning with questions regarding a bill. I worked with Jenn and she was amazing! She contacted the insurance while I was there. My issue was resolved within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this office the front desk staff is extremely efficient office is immaculate and a very comfortable setting.
I really do not know where to begin in this review but to say the office worker Jen was beyond rude when she had to cancel my wife's appointment for the second time. She explained the doctor has an emergency that he needed to cancel again she explained an emergency was happening due to an aneurysm and the doctor could not make her Wednesday appointment mind you she called my wife on a Monday stating the emergency is on the following Wednesday. As she spoke to my wife with her explanation she rudely interrupted my wife several times saying her hands are tied my wife explained this is the second time the office canceled and that to get another appointment would take months as every time she makes a schedule appointment the doctor cancels, I think the next statement out of Jen's mouth the office assistant, was horrifying. She said "Well that's not my problem" The lack of empathy and compassionate was obvious as my wife has been suffering with pain in her legs for months and it's apparent it's not their problem ! stay away from this office and doctor I believed the doctor may not be aware of how rude his front staff member Jenn is but she is represents his practice
Called the office to set up an appointment with Dr. Vasiliu for my varicose veins. The office staff was very very nice. When I came into my appointment the staff was very professional. The doctor was very informative and answered all my questions. After seeing the doctor I had to set up an ultrasound appointment. That appointment was set up before I left the office. My ultrasound was booked out a few weeks but they did put me on a cancellation list and did call me with a cancellation which was nice that they did because not all office will do this, I went to another doctor first for the same problem and they were not as nice and professional as this office I waited months for appointments and they canceled me all the time. I am happy that I found this office, and I would recommend this office to may people. I have sent some of my friends to Dr. Vasiliu and they like him.
Had a follow up to have a shot In my leg after ultrasound. Left work early for the appointment and when I get there the doctor asked if I had any pain or discomfort im leg, when I answered no he said that I didnt need a shot. They couldnt have asked me that over the phone,? Nope. Seems like they just wanted a reason to bill my insurance and me pay $125 out of pocket. Scam artists
They say you can tell a lot about a doctor by the treatment & handling from the office support. Unfortunately this office treats you unprofessionally with total disrespect and rudeness. Stay away and don't waste your time going here.
I can not say enough about this staff at Westford Vein and Aesthetics. From the front desk ladies to Dr. Vasiliu you are an amazing and professional office. Keep up the great work!
Tried to call the office to make appt. The receptionist Jenn put me on hold for 15 min. Very unprofessional considering I'm a new patient. Definitely going somewhere else.
I love this place. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable with what they are doing. When I call I rather speak to Shannan or Jen and they are extremely pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend visiting them to anyone who would ask.
Useless. They'll schedule you to come in and talk to a doctor for 30 seconds only to tell you they need an ultrasound and you have to schedule another appointment all while paying a hefty copay each time. Then I was told by someone who called that the doctor recommends the surgery and I had a simple question and she said I'll have the doctor call. Doctor calls and says actually I took a look and I don't recommend the surgery. Really? Did you even look at the results the first time? This call lasted maybe a minute and was another copay btw. They decided to schedule another appointment in 6 months to check my veins again. For what? I'm not just going to keep coming back when I'm getting no solution. Waste of money.
i had a terrible experience, I was treated poorly at the desk by Jen, she is rude and disrespectful. Awful customer service skills.
