Payed for movie and went in to theatre to find seat. Decided to go back and get some popcorn. Line was literally out the door. Why? Because they are using one register for ticket purchase and concessions. 4 employees working one register. Actually, one working register and 3 watching. Very poor management. No wonder the line is out the door. They lost my concession money. And future business.

So happy they are back open! I got to go to the ribbon cutting and the staff was so nice! Popcorn & drinks were great as well. The bathrooms have always been clean, theater seats are comfy, and overall it is a great experience!

First this review doesn't reflect the three poor kids who were left with no help on a busy holiday weekend. We purchased tickets to see The Little Mermaid that was supposed to start at 245. Fifteen minutes pass and they finally allow us into the theater and after another 10 minute wait they start the movie. Why weren't there any managers around to help out these poor kids? I get the busy season has arrived and you might be short staffed, but it was unacceptable to have customers waiting around wondering when their movies would start. It's unacceptable to not have your shows staggered correctly to account for your lack of staff. And it's even more unacceptable to leave your employees out to dry managing a busy holiday weekend.

Saw the new mission impossible and it was great. The theater is surprisingly cheap and offer discounts. Wasn't crowded at all either and the seats are comfortable too.

Was posted on April 14 to show Mario at 1145.  Lots if people showed up to find changed to 2.  Very rude.  Obviously we can't trust this cinema.  I'm 25 min drive time away.  Quite a waste of time.  I'll start going to lynchburg where they never cancel showing

Small cinema but in a great location. It’s convenient for those who live near Westlake area. They also play all of the new movies that come out.

Used to be good, but now it's four screens and all of them are cartoons, horror, or superhero themed. They never run even one movie for the grown-ups any more.

My son and I, had a wonderful time here. Very clean, screens are prefect size and the staff is awesome. Definitely will be making a return here forsure!!

We love going to movies here because it's rarely busy.  They manage to get most of the good movies when they are released.
