Their dispatcher Patel was extremely abusive to drivers, constantly abusing them and using the mf word; I'm not sure why they selected ignorant and unprofessional employees. Please teach him basic etiquette.

I purchased a package of D'italiano Sausage buns on August 23rd 2022, and the best before date was September 7th. We tried to consume and I say tried because we had to throw the whole package out the day after we bought them, the buns were so stale, they fell apart. They were so dry, they crumbled into pieces when tried to put our sausages and condiments on them and pick them up. I have never had that happen before and we buy these buns all the time. I was so disappointed, I checked the package for the contact information of the company to let them know and they have yet to respond to my email. I don't know what is going on with this company but if they can't take responsibility for their products when they don't stand up to the quality they should be, I don't trust them anymore and won't take any more chances purchasing anything from them.

Hi i have worked for this place 2x and its the same story they hire new people for a short time make them work ridiculous hours, then let them go because they cant handle the work, but if they can they will cut hours to make you quit. The company is pretty much broke from the staff to the work environment. Do not work here if you have a good mantel. Also when you start working they will push numbers that you must hit the numbers its a lie its just another way to make you quit after company used you. You will notice people will say how bad it is to work thair but they have been their for years. This job is a scam.

today i took 2 slices of bread out to make a sandwich. as i was putting the egg salad on one slice, i noticed what initially appeared to be a dark bread crumb. just in case, i decided to investigate further so i picked it off with my knife. i discovered it was a small black fly. with absolute disgust, i picked up the bag of bread to examine the rest of it through the bag and found 2 more flies! i took pictures! i checked the ingredients. i don't see black flies in the list. perhaps you need to change that. better yet, maybe you need better quality control! i will NEVER buy d'italiano bread again!

Go every week to pick up deals. 10 people get fed daily in my house, love that I can buy 4 different bread items for $1 at times. Freeze what you don't need and eat it within 24 hours of defrosting. Love love love this place

If you have a lot of mouths to feed at home, this is the place to shop for breads, frozen food, desserts, dry goods, etc. Without a doubt, "bread" is the big seller. You can find all types and at ridiculous low prices. I have even seen loaves for 10 cents each! Normally, though is anywhere between $1.00 and $2.00. The place is clean, service is courteous, parking, a little tricky at times. I highly recommend it.

Very bad customer service. I saw bugs crawling in their bread at the Super Store located at Weston read. I called Weston bakeries customer service and spoke to someone named Britney and she was not nice at all. Not even say sorry or we will look into it. I'll post it on social media just because the Company Customer service doesn't care about people complaining for their right and health.

You have to love the outlet retail store in behind. Excellent deals on all your favourite baked goods and others as well. So much value for your $. Don't tell anyone!

Appears to be rat feces in my bread. Customer service resolution was to replace this with another loaf of bread. NO THANKS. Never buying another product made by Weston Foods, no quality control.

front desk and receptionist has bad attitudes toward to customers. she needs more customer service trainnings.
