I have used this wash for many years and until recently I had no complaints. The last two washes have been disappointing to say the least. The most recent wash on the brushless side stopped working after covering my car with soap. I did not receive a receipt when I paid so I am apparently out $15 and nearly an hour of my time having to go to Sheetz and wait in line to wash my foam covered car a second time that day.
The most disappointing wash to date. Never rinsed. I spent 15.00 to have to go home and wash by hand to remove all the soap and polish that was never rinsed off. I would not recommend. Edit...I gave it a try again. I should have just thrown 15.00 out of the window. This t8ne it skipped steps. My car was as dirty coming out as when I went into the wash. Thai place must be under new ownership...completely sucks. I always thought things would get better, absolutely not. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. ALICE AND MR. CRABS DONT GO HERE NEITHER SHOULD YOU....
The only good thing about this carwash is that it has decent water pressure, otherwise it's not very good. 1. It says on the screen after you pay that the underbody wash lasts "up to 30 seconds". It only lasts 15, and doesn't do a very good job. 2. There is no presoak - the soap goes directly onto a dry car. 3. There is no difference between the top two tiers of wash. Don't pay for the top tier. 4. The dryer is mediocre at best. It left the car pretty wet still. 5. There was a layer of soap and dirt still left on my car. It barely washed anything off see pics Avoid.
Zero Stars very unhappy with excepting responsibility! Damage to our car left voicemail for a week straight to call back would not recommend to anyone! See photo below and they have cameras so they know my car was not damaged before entering! And my car didn’t come clean others with same complaints in the West View Park Dr location
This car wash only sprays soap and water. If your car has any dirt on it, it won’t come off.
My car came out more dirty than it was before I went in, but I would run my car through the car wash there while I was running errands in West view... Never again, I had to come home and wipe all the dirt off with a rag
Car washed. This the second time I was cheated out of $13. Around Christmas I went through the car wash, got a trickle of water, a little soap and the car wasn't dried. Had to pull over and wipe the whole car off. Just now 2-5-23 I paid $13 doors. Sat there a long time and the door didn't go up. I could see the lights inside turn green, but not on the outside. So I moved to the other bay. Car after me got in.
Was a lot better, but now every time I go it is worse. More and more stuff is always broken. The person in front of me got their undercarriage spray, and I did not this time. The dryer also only makes one pass, then just sits behind your car now. Definitely not going to support this business anymore. The act like this thing is just "set it and forget it" or something
Don’t go! Used to be a good car wash but looks like things have gone downhill. We went early this morning to avoid the long lines. One bay was broken and shut. The other I went through. It did not give me a receipt and was not functioning properly. It skipped several of the rinse and wash steps, put the foam polisher on my car and then dried it after a halfway rinse. Now I have to wash my car again as it was dried with some type of foam solution on it. I have left a message asking for a refund and we’ll see if they actually call back
Usually I have no issues it's usually very good. Last night around 11:00 I stopped to get my truck washed there was no pre soak water coming out, then when it was supposed to hot wax there was no hot wax. The Next Step was the color protectant which applied one pass only but not on the return pass then it did the rinse which only rinsed off about half of color protectant then the dry cycle left my truck soapy and wet water was literally dripping off. I expected a lot better for $15 and there's no number to call for a correction or a refund like there used to be.
