My friend and I sell steak, seafood and chicken off a truck across Southern California, Nevada and Arizona; along the way we hit every dive bar, greasy spoon and odd habadashery we can find and I enjoy sharing them with you. I have never reviewed a trailer park before but after speaking with many of the residents I felt compelled to. Westwind Mobile Lodge is just north of Douglass on River and is a quaint family-centric community that is neat, well kept, and friendly. The managers Michelle and Steven Ramirez are well known in the park and the residents spoke of them as though they were friends. What struck me was the sense of community, this isn't a place where you avert your gaze to avoid eye contact with your neighbor when you walk to the mailbox. People here know their neighbors and look out for them. The park has a nice swimming pool, a children's play area with basketball and play structures, laundry facilities and a locked space for extras like boats or RV's. I tip my hat to Michelle and Steven for fostering civic pride in their community.

Probably the worst excuse for a property management company. Lived here for 5 years for them to raise the rent 7 times. the "Accommodations" id like to use that term loosely is laughable for what they make us go through financially. Where is my money going to? its not to extra parking spaces, because tow truck companies patrol the streets like there the law.

One of our favorite all ages communities. Super values, nice people and wonderful managers.

Quiet and clean place to call home. It has laundry facility and pool also.

The demographics are of low income, thus not enough currency flows on a daily basis...a lot of talk, no action .

Clean park, quiet but not lifeless.
