The owners have had a rough start with management. The park looks better than it ever has. Many of the old eyesore trailers have been removed. The prices at the store are coming down to be more affordable for tenants. Many things to be done but overall it’s a good place to live.

Purchased my first home here, suppose to be a brand new manufactured home. I wish now that I hadn't. There is no foundation and by this I mean a concrete slab that will help with settling of the home where my home was placed. Everything is off center my bathrooms toilet is slanted due to it being uneven, just sloppily put together. We also had a leak under the bathroom sink that leaked and caused floor damage which I will have to replace. Again this is a brand new manufactured home and it started having all these issues as soon as we moved in. My very first visit and we had 4 posts missing from our home, they were present when the realtor sent a walkthrough video. When I brought it up to the older man working at the store he said it's your problem now you bought the place. Very rude. One thing I know is somewhat my fault and should have questioned is the home that is in the desert didn't come with central cooling.. but it came with central heating. Also the power is constantly going out - so my food goes bad. This is another thing how is my bill for 2 months in a row 180 dollars and than all of a sudden it shoots to 352 also they use solar to power these homes. And I did not use any more power than the month before. I am very disappointed in this place. So before you purchase here make sure it is on a foundation and that it is not off center and there are no leaks!!

Quiet clean and inexpensive. The cabins are clean and stocked with everything u would need minus the bedding you supply, your camping they have horse corrals if you have horses.. Very nice place, it has been around though and has some classic wear and tear..

All I have to say is I use to come here in the 70’s when it was called Butterfield Country. It had a water slide and the pool and the local store and area where a band played. So fun. I always check up and see how it’s doing. I wish this spot the best.

I get a shout out for the new management as they are really trying to make things work here and it’s nice to see somebody that actually cares about their property or somebody else’s property. Hopefully we see a lot nice things coming forward in 2023. Thank you, Daryl.

Great place for horse camping. Pipe corals with gates. Cabins or rv hookups within sight of horses. Club house with wifi + pools, spas and gas grills. Desert riding in decent footing most trails are sandy while others are rocky. Early spring for best weather.

I LOVE this most lovely resort! Although I have not visited in awhile I do plan on making a week of it very soon. The grounds are kept up nicely and very clean. I generally rent a cabin which is the most comfie and quiet for me. I have stayed with the Ranch many times and I always hate leaving. I have always had a wonderful experience with all of the peace and quiet I crave. I have only great compliments to the place as well as the "cast and crew". Five Stars and two thumbs up from me!

I have lived here for 15 months now and i love the dark sky out here you can see the stars even the milky way. I had never seen it till i was 52 but i knew it existed. Peaceful quite serenity all around wonderful. The staff here are friendly and helpful. If your looking to get away from the hustle and bussell of city life and relax come out here to or community check it out and hopefully find your me New Home I'm starting my 3rd year hear it is a workin progress. Our community is growing really fast. I'm anticipating the final out come.

My wife and I have been interested in checking your RV spaces out for long term tenancy! Do you have 50 amp service for a 5th wheel and are some spaces surrounded by trees for shade ! How is the campground doing these days with the new ownership taking over ! Sounds like there have been improvements over the last 6 months! Also what is the availability of your mobile homes for rent and the prices ?

Great place to go if you wanna explore the local desert. Quiet clean and inexpensive. We have a club campout there annually and they always make sure everything is perfect for our arrival and stay.
