To seek individuals from the next generation of promising craft artisans and help identify what they may need as individuals to expand their skills and craft which oft times may be outside the scope of conventional educational avenues; provide the means to help artisans and crafts persons grow their experience and skill levels either through financial assistance to help meet the identified needs or, linking them with other artisans or organizations that can provide hands-on opportunities to hone their craft; to assist young artisans in expanding their experience allowing them to become immersed in their craft gaining a larger perspective and additional time to build skill and understanding of their chosen craft.
