I live here and LOVE IT!!! It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood and I just feel so grateful and blessed I found my home here !!!
Seems like a nice mobile home park. I only looked at 2 units for sale: one by owner and one by real estate agent. I saw it in December with snow and ice on the grounds, so there wasn't any activity with people walking around and full lawns in view, and it was late in the afternoon with grey skies. Anyway, it was a 2 hour drive out there from Leominster, MA. I had to view therm because I'm in the market to purchase a mobile home, but I'm not sure yet if I really want to move that far away from my comfort zone Worcester County. Undecided at this point on a personal note. Nothing wrong with the homes I saw or the park itself so far.
I live here and enjoy it but there is one life guard at the pool that is like Adolf Hitler of the pool. She is a pool Nazi and she's only 18. I feel bad for any guy she dates because she acts so privileged and stuck up. Grow up its a pool
My mother lives up there. I once did too. I think it's great. Its quiet and nobody bothers anyone really. Depends on who ur dealing with

Just a trailer park. "Resident owned" Been being governed without shareholder input since March of 2020.
Trailer Park in the Berkshires actually a decent place to live.
