White Castle

Food was good The service not so good. They definitely need more hands on deck at this location. Soda machine barely has any good sodas available. Most are empty. Soda was also flat and tasted weird. I’ll be back because this is the only one around. But any kind of line I’ll leave. Please hire more people and get the soda machine working better.

IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD!! ORDERED 2 10 SACKS OF CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS FOR DINE IN . . . THE CHEESE WAS COLD AND HARD AND THE BURGERS WERE LUKE WARM AST THE EDGED BUT COLD IN THE CENTER . . . ASKED FOR A REFUND ON THE BURGERS AND SAID WE'D PAY FOR THE SODAS, THE GUY WHO TOOK MY ORDER DIDN'T EVEN CONE BACK NEAT THE COUNTER WHEN HE SAW ME COMING BACK UP, THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER SAID "WELL THEM NOT BEING HOT IS ON US BUT IF YOU WANTED THE CHEESE MENTORED YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR THEM TO BE STEAMED" I've gone to white castle since i was a lil kid, never once did we have to say we wanted them steamed for them to have melted cheese on them THE CHICK COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO A VOID OR RETURN ON THE PURCHASE, AND THE MANAGER ON DUTY LEFT ON HER BREAK . . . CAME BACK IN TO ASK IF ANYONE WANTED ANYTHING FROM WHERE SHE WAS GOING FOR HER FOOD . . . SAW THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND STILL LEFT ON HER BREAK WITHOUT SONG IF THE GIRL NEEDED HELP. SHE HAD TO CALL ANOTHER MANAGER ON ANOTHER EMPLOYEES CELL PHONE, AND THEY STILL COULDN'T DO THE RETURN!! I WAS TOLD IT'LL BE DONE TOMORROW WHEN HE the manager on the phone CAME IN AND I WOULD GET A PHONE CALL FROM HIM. THEY HAVE UNTIL NOON 4-3-18 BEFORE I CALL AND COMPLETELY FLIP OUT ON THEM! I

While the burgers here can't be considered gourmet, they do satisfy that craving for fast food. Over the years they have expanded their menu to include breakfast menu items, veggie burgers, fish sandwiches, fish bites, fried clams and many other choices. The staff is not always the friendliest and fastest but what can you expect from a bargain basement fast food chain?

Apparently White Castle is a fast food chain, not just a made up place in the movie "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle". The prices and food are great. They even have decent selection for vegetarians. I was very pleased.

This WAS a great place...for a while. Now it appears to be permanently closed. I think I know why. Originally, the food and service were great. Unfortunately, over time, the staff seemed lazy, and service at the drive-through became painfully slow Then during COVID, things went downhill and staffing likely became an even bigger challenge. Regardless, it sucks that our local White Castle has closed, and I'm hoping someone reopens it up soon. I miss our crave cases.

Nice clean restaurant. Friendly people. Clean restrooms. Great food. The plant based burger is really good. Would recommend this place to everyone!

You get what you came for a quick fix of the stuff that's gonna kill ya but you gotta love it! Taste : 3.5/5 Atmosphere 3/5 Fast Food quality 4/5

Drive through was a little slow, but in fairness we had a large order and they were fairly busy. Staff member serving us was polite and wanted to make sure our order was correct by double checking it. Food was good and fresh. Fries and onion rings weren't bad, burgers are mores flavorful than most fast food restaurants offer. Shakes are super thick and come with a spoon. For not being from the area I'd suggest a trip to New Jersey should be an automatic trip to White Castle!

We went for Valentine's Day 2/14/21 and although due to Covid you had to eat in your car, it was still fun. It was like going to a car-hop. Fast forward to July 2021... Completely opposite experience. Service was terrible, the food I pre-ordered and paid for was not ready. They couldn't find the order, I had to show them and reorder it through the drive-in. Then I had to pull aside to wait for my order that was already 10 minutes late. Only plus side...it was hot and fresh. Previous experiences at this location only...have been spotty at best. Unfortunately, the staff working the registers didn't even have the wherewithal to make change if you pay for your order in cash. I don't know why this location closed, but it seemed inevitable after my few visits over the last three years or so.

Our first time eating White Castle and we weren't disappointed! We got burgers, crinkle cut fries and chicken rings. I'm not a fan of crinkle cut fries but White Castle's were tasty. Definitely enjoyed the chicken rings; if get those again.
