White Castle

Every time we come here, no matter the day or the hour, the food is absolutely delicious. It's always hot and fresh and put together well. The inside is immaculate, the service is great, the drive thru is fast, and they never mess anything up at all. Everyone is super friendly, nice, and actually helpful. We'll drive 30 minutes just to go to this one.

How I based my score Food: it's always consistent. It's never good but it's always the same. Service: it's exceptional, it should probably be 5 stars. I pull up, order into a box, pull forward, stop, pull forward again, stop, pay, they give me my food, I pull away. It is a phenomenal service. Atmosphere: 5 stars is an understatement, I sit in a super slick car that I really like it's my car, and I can even control the radio and music played. Last time I was there they played all my favorite songs. The DJ there kicks A_$S.

Sadly, the staff were unpleasant even though I tried to be extra nice. I said thank you and just received a blank look. Not one word was spoken by him. We got the impression that he'd rather be anywhere but there. When we got home, the cheeseburgers were cold and tasted rubbery, like they'd been reheated in a microwave. The fries were lacking, but the soda was great. We were the only ones there. Overall, it was a huge disappointment and waste of money. All food was tossed in the trash. We were too tired to drive back as we had been at the ER vet most of the night pup is fine and needed sleep. Something tells me it wouldn't have been taken care of anyway.

A classic in every Midwest visit! The vegan Impossible Burger is much better than last years. Kids had a chicken ring sandwich that was very tasty. The place is not clean so def rated down because it’s gross to eat on a sticky table.

The White Castles location out here is a place I don't frequent too horribly often, but never really have issues. This time however I was pretty pissed. I hand the young man my card to pay for my order and he charged it the wrong amount!!! So he quickly got the manager and she fixed every thing very quickly. When I asked her how long it was going to take to put the money back in my account, she says " it could be immediately or up to five days! ". I feel like your ppl should be trained enough to where this type of mistake won't happen. I lucked out, and the money was in my account within 5 minutes. I don't think I'll be going there anymore.

Unfortunately we don't have white castle in Florida but they do in Missouri. Food is always good liked the one in NJ better though.Food: 5/5

Stopped by late night on our wedding anniversary after we'd dined out & then gotten tattoos. Best way to cure a late night craving. We live out of state so getting White Castle is a treat!Food: 5/5

Just moved to Arnold. Wish there was a location near 141 and jeffco but I still take the drive over to Richardson road to get white castles. If I didn't I would miss it to much. Keep the fresh sliders coming and I will be back.
