White Castle

Came here late at night to try out some white castle, and was not disappointed! The drive thru was nice and fast and the food itself was pretty good for the price. I definitely enjoyed my time and the food there, and I’d definitely come back when i’m back in Illinois.Food: 5/5

The floor was so dirty when you walked your shoes stuck to the floor. The bathroom was so nasty!! I really thought I was going to throw up after I ate my food & saw the employees use that bathroom & cooked my food. Will never go back. Just dirty & nastyFood: 1/5

Arrived at 11:40pm on 10/12/2023 and they told me only fried items. Why are you open till 12am??? I asked her why cant they make cheeseburgers she said they need 10min to clean. I said it's 11:40pm. Not sure who owns this castle but your idiot workers are refusing customers and taking money out of your pocket. these are the same workers that want $15 hour wages lol for what. Lazy workers

By far the best White Castle location I've been to. The woman who took my order at the drive-thru was very nice and helped me out with the coupons I was redeeming and patiently ran through what my options were. I pulled up to the window to pay, and she was all smiles. I had a fairly large order, so it took a bit to get it cooked and bagged, but I didn't mind. Once I got home, the sliders and fries were still steaming. Hands down the best sliders I've ever eaten from any White Castle. Great freshly made food and friendly service.

I want to start by saying we love White Castle food. We're from the city and grew up on this stuff. But, this location has gone down hill. I waited to write this review until we had tried it twice in a row with consistent horrible service. We went around 7 pm so not a rush dinner time and waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for dinner. Then the order was wrong. Our food was not hot, perhaps luke warm at best. Last time we went was the exact same thing! We spent $33 for two people!!! We could have had Five Guys or even Chili's for that price. Super disappointed.

I don't know what is different about this one compared to others, but everything we ordered was cooked just right. The white castle near our house has fries undercooked and oversalted. I'm too afraid to try the impossible sliders there, but at this location, I almost wanted to ask if the impossible sliders I got were actually made with impossible meat. My husband and kid both got breakfast sandwiches and were blown away at how everything tasted fresh and flavorful.

This location should NOT offer Doordash. As a dasher, I arrived, let them know I was there for a pickup... I stood there watching customers who came in after me get their orders and leave for 25 minutes BEFORE they even STARTED the order. After 30 min total I finally left with the order. No apologies... nothing. The order was not a large one. This whole experience cost me an inordinant amount of TIME and MONEY. Nevermind their actual customer who ordered from them in the 1st place. I have waited 10-15 min there before, but today was absolutely absurd. Check my other Google reviews... I never leave bad reviews but this is strongly deserved. I will be refusing orders to be picked up from there from here on in and encourage other food deliverers to do the same. They are incapable of accommodating the service.

Its changed a bit. More options now. Coke was good. Fries i skiped. Its iconic.Food: 5/5

I’m here before closing and the lazy workers are saying they close but website say close at 3am..as you can see they are here, they just don’t wanna serve us…Food: 1/5

It was morning, so of course the place would be empty. The area was clean, and we didn't have to wait long. I'm not a fan of the 1921 made there.Food: 4/5
