UPDATE: 7/11/23 11:00 AM I changed my 3 star to a 1 star, still no one is in the office, no calls back. This is not how you treat people or new tenants. 7/10/23 We’ve had a lease here now for 10 days, and from the start they said they would put in blinds and have the shed cleaned out previous tenants left lots in there, well neither of those things mentioned have happened. Since moving in and trying to get ahold of some one for these issues no one has responded and on a Monday no one is answering phones and there is no one in office. Also since moving in there are several things needing fixed, there’s big gaps in the door way where bugs get in, there’s a MOUSE problem. I don’t like to be this person, but I am 8 months pregnant and a high risk and I just moved from across the country to be closer to family and I’m frustrated with the lack of communication here. It would be nice to even receive a text or call saying something like “hey I know we’re behind on this, or this is what’s going on” but that hasn’t happened.
I moved into the RV section on August 18, 2023. I agreed to pay for my site, water and electric. Today I stopped by the front office to confirm my rent payment and to inform the manager of another repair need on the site, this time at the water connection. When reviewing my rent she told me to add $19.00 a month for trash pick-up. When I question not being told about this before, she told me to "stop acting like a baby" and "you can leave if you don't like it". This is the latest example of the manager's ineptitude at her position. Unfortunately, this is one of only two options for RVers over the winter months in Marion, Indiana, so Lacey, the Office Manager, is not required to be accurate or show customer care. My husband is helping the veterans at the VA, but we may have to leave before his contract is complete because of the poor management Inspire Communities hires. This is a fine example of service under a monopoly.
My wife and I have been very pleased with the quality of service we’ve received from White Oaks. We recently completed a rental agreement and Lacy was extremely helpful, patient and professional as we went through the process. 5 stars for sure!
Currently living in the RV side been here last part of the summer. We are currently in between selling are home and building a new one. I had my reservations about moving into a trailer park but there was not many options for use to live in are RV. Honestly we really enjoy it. It’s very quite and all the neighbors have been great. Management here is very nice and supper helpful. We had a tree fall across the road about a week after we moved in. I thought i was going to be late but I called and within the hour the guys cut it cleaned it and got us out.
I am using the RV side of the community and have been here 2 weeks. It’s a clean community and quiet. The people seem friendly. I’ve heard that it is under new ownership. Currently there are several brand new single wides being moved in and set up. Even the oldest ones in the community are well maintained. Definitely not your stereotypical trailer park. It has several internal roads that I enjoy walking my dog on a couple times per day. One suggestion for the long term residents would be convert a couple of empty lots boarding each other into a community zone with play equipment for kids.
I visited a friend the place is clean it also has a dumpster you put things in that wont fit in ur garbage can. Empty places to move a mobile home into if needed. No laundry facility but one close by if needed.
Nice place to live. The management is very nice people. In the winter the roads are cleaned off when it snows. They came down and patched a hole for us in front of our mobile home. Our grand kids love it here and it's close to Marion and Gas City
Nice park, seems quiet, outskirts of town, most important of all my child and grandchild is there.
The manager is not nice and I know a few felons and drug addicts there yet they deny both during application, as well as people moving in several people and not informing the manager. She wants to have her nose so high but doesnt know what's going on in her park!!!!
No way unless you like dirt not a good place to live looking for a mobile home to purchase to move
