Lisa & AJ were INCREDIBLE to work with! Not only are they down to earth but they completely understood what I was going for with VERY little explanation and ultimately brought in elements that I didn't even know I wanted but absolutely loved!! All of the arrangements were more beautiful than I could have imagined and honestly more beautiful than the inspiration pictures I showed them. They were always mindful of our budget and continuously recommended ways to ensure we could achieve the look I wanted but also keep cost relatively low. Another important thing is that they were easy to communicate with and very responsive. And most importantly, the day of the wedding was executed so professionally. They exceeded our expectations and we did not have a worry in the world on our wedding day. Wicked Florist came highly recommended by other vendors that we were working with, and we would absolutely pass on the recommendation to other couples!!!!

Beautiful flowers!  I had pictures of how I wanted my flowers to be and Wicked Florist made it happen!  Highly recommend using this florist for any occasions!

We used Wicked Florist for our wedding yesterday and I am still in a daze of happiness. AJ gave me the wedding look that I have been dreaming of. He was wonderful to work with throughout the whole planning process - easy going , accommodating and kind. When my husband and I saw the reception room all decorated, we both cried tears of joy. The centerpieces, arch, sweetheart table and bouquets were all stunning and exactly my style

If you want a wonderful experience with someone you can trust then Wicked Florist is the way to go. AJ is not only super talented, he also always does the right thing by his customers. He went ABOVE & BEYOND for us during the wedding planning process, and when I called him 100 times for last minute things or any changes he didn’t even bat an eye. He was patient and helpful and did anything he could to make sure everything was perfect for us. His flowers are beautiful and he has experience and knowledge you can trust. Thank you so much, we love you AJ!!

Ordering from Wicked Florist NYC was a great experience. They called the receiver like I asked, and when the receiver didn't answer, they called me. I did not answer because I was busy so they tried again 45 mins later just to make sure we get the roses from outside because it was really cold outside. They were very nice and helpful. Most importantly, the roses were BEAUTIFUL and the person who received them, loved them! Will order again. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I’ve ordered from wicked florist twice and they do not disappoint!! The arrangements are beautiful and the skull keepsakes are great quality for decorative use as well. Definitely will continue to buy from them

I'm not the type of person that normally takes time to write a review but in this case I just had to. I ordered my mother flowers for her birthday and she's on the unconventional side so I was immediately intrigued by the idea of "wicked" florist. I was worried about the quality because I was hoping the arrangements wouldn't look cheesy with skulls etc but they were the most tasteful flowers I'd seen with a classy dark romantic look. She's very into flowers and is hard to impress but she was blown away by the quality and that they could in her words "source such unusual rare out of season flowers with such freshness" I will 10/10 use them again and I'm so happy Staten Island has such a unique flower shop that has a quality you would expect from a shop in manhattan

Beyond disappointed and embarrassed. After lengthy conversation with Wicked I placed an order for a special occasion for delivery. After being billed immediately, the flowers never showed up on the date needed. When I spoke with the manager I was given 2 options—next day late delivery or refund. How about sending them at the florist expense as a goodwill gesture for messing up??  This was mortifying. When I told the manager I’d never use or recommend them he told me I was being inconsiderate as this was 2 days AFTER Valentines. Seriously?  Other florist manage to do it well.  That was the last straw. Steer clear of this place.  There are many reputable florist on SI. Sadly, this isn’t one of them and you may experience this same poor and non existent customer service.

Writing a review is something I rarely do but I feel it wouldn’t be fair if I didn’t.  A few weeks ago I ordered an arrangement for someone.  I brought in a card I wanted attached with over $200 in gift cards in it.  I explained how I was nervous that they may not be home but was quickly reassured it would not be left outside if no one was home.  Tonight I ran into that person that it was sent to and she told me how she cried when she received the arrangement that’s how magnificent it was.  It’s now in the process of being preserved.  Thank You!  Thank You! Thank You!  I am a customer for life.

Aj is awsome at his job and super easy to talk to I highly recommend this shop especially if your into gothic style arrangements but he also does regular beautiful arrangements as well... honestly  I feel like he does it all no matter what your preference of style is ... don't hesitate to use him for any events
