On one Friday afternoon, I just so happened to walk into this location and received some of the best customer experience I’ve ever had. Within 5-10 minutes of being in the store, I was greeted by Parker. Parker went on to spend the next 45 minutes or so educating me on my potential purchase, utility types and differing variations. Parker took into consideration so many things such as my current kitchenware, what I’d be using the kitchenware for and asked lots of questions. Parker even shared useful nuggets and cooking wisdom throughout our time together in relation cooking/kitchen knowledge. Never felt like I was being upsold to whatsoever. However, at the same time, Parker patiently and diligently presented me additional couplings to my purchase that I should consider and why they’d be complementary. Definitely can’t see myself buying anything online when i can go into the store and have such a great and educating customer service in real time. Thanks Parker!!
Parker is the BEST. He helped us refill our soda stream canister, went above and beyond for us. Thank you Parker!!!
The store manager was rude. I will never return to this location. I picked up my online order placed 3 days ago. One of the items was out of stock but no credit was made in my account. I asked for a receipt to prove only 5 out of 6 were picked up and they got irritated said the the credit will show up up to 48 hours. It wasn't the credit I will get or not, it's their attitude period. I showed them the confirmation email showing I received all 6 items then the manager said to me blah blah they are 500 fortune company and have a great system and all. Speechless!
Amazing! Robert, Meg, and Eric were extremely helpful. We found everything we needed, and what we couldn’t find Robert and Meg took the time to look it up online, other stores and in the back. Will be back!
Stuffy staff, over priced stuff I can pay 1/2 just ordering on Amazon. I do not understand why people shop in this place.
Amazing experience! Great service! Very attentive! The kind girl taking care of us got us coffees and cookie for national chocolate chip day! She also recommended a great gift for our friends engagement gift! We will be back soon!
Omg... I can stay in this store for hours! If you think ur kitchen need some makeover, or if ur looking for gift for people who love cooking/baking.. go here! They have so many pretty kitchen ware, thematic cookie cutter, pretty plates & mugs, heaps of interesting seasonings, shark tank's tumblers Larq, and so on.. and their staff was super friendly n helpful too!
Where do I even begin?? I entered the store in search of a cast iron skillet and left with an education, two new friends, and hope. I was greeted warmly by Rob, a ruggedly handsome associate who walked with the confident swagger of a true man's man. We quickly bonded over our love-hate relationship with certain Netflix shows. He taught me the differences between stainless steel and cast iron pans as well as care instructions for each. Before I knew it I was at the register with my credit card in hand. Due to a computer issue, Rob called on Eileen to assist and take over from there. Rob and I embraced and said our goodbyes. Enter Eileen. Oh my sweet, sweet Eileen. Have you ever met someone and, instantly, you knew they'd be a part of your life forever? In 15 minutes Eileen taught me more about cast iron, cooking, nutrition, and love than I had learned in my previous 35 years on the planet. Eileen was an absolute Godsend and I will name my firstborn after her. Confucius once said, "We have two lives, and the second begins when we visit a Williams-Sonoma for the first time."
Great store with lots of selections for your home. Most of the staff is friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. There are a few employees in every William Sonoma that make me feel uncomfortable because I'm not spending lots of money.
This location has a big selection and plenty of employees to help you find that perfect item. They validate parking and the employees are nice and helpful.
