One of my favorite places to check out -- which is interesting given I'm not much of a cook. What I love is that all of the stores have great, high quality products and knowledgeable staff and they're happy to show you how to save, time, money and energy, interesting entertaining tips and presentation skills for all occasions. Love that! Don't have to be a foodie to get up and running. Not cheap but go in, get educated and watch the sales. You'll be amazed what you can get if you're patient. I got high quality $100 per place setting flatware at $19.99 because I watched the sales and got it on clearance!
Be aware of their refund policy! I purchased an item online and picked it up in my local store. I later decided to return the item due to changing my mind, nothing wrong with the product. I went back to the local store and easily returned the item. My credit card was supposedly credited at the time of my return. Unfortunately, when I double checked my statement the refund did not appear. When I called William Sonoma at the customer service number they “corrected” the problem, but as of this evening my credit card statement still does not show the refund. Ask for cash back!
Went in to pick up an online order that had been ready for pick up a couple days. I was patient in waiting through 3 different employees helping and reasking my information but the final woman I worked with undid my free gift wrap to fix it and never secured it again so it feel apart as I made my way to the car.
This is a place for serious cooks. If you are looking to up your cooking game, looking to decorate your kitchen or throwing a dinner party; then stop by to this store. All the employees are wonderful. They also have cooking classes on Some weekends. You can find the schedules at the store and sign up to participate. You can also do wedding registry.
Super high end kitchen supply store. If you go here be prepared to spend racks. So many racks. You'll spend racks on ktichen racks to impress your wife with a rack. You'll be amazed with the super high end products and great service. However in the end you'll be thinking about those juicy juicy racks you are spending and be like dammmmm. Is this really the best cookware in the greater United States?
Beautiful store even a few days before Christmas with all the crazy bustling and people - I have been in a number of times and it's always a good experience - fantastic sales folks that really care.
Left on hold for over 10-minutes when I wanted to make a purchase over the phone for a $150-range Sale...with plans to pick up the goods at the store in 2 days. And we wonder why stores are closing. #lazy
Get back to work! If people are able to work from home. which they are, then it ABSURD that your company cannot have somebody answer your phone. Ridiculous and very revealing about how important your company values providing service to their customers. I am pretty disappointed.
Purchased a Vitamix blender here. Price was as expected, other items in their store are very over priced. Customer service truly lacks at this location.
