Great selection & good customer service very nice cashier! But being told no restrooms for customers thus I paced for 30 minutes then had to drive 7 miles home cost a star. I'm a senior citizen. Otherwise a nice store & a huge variety of product :
The only reason I reason I had to go in here was to get some artificial flowers that I knew they had and I detest the other arts & crafts store. Well these stores wonder why they are empty, get poor reviews, are going bankrupt. I can tell you that my experience left me not wanting to go back again. Sales associate on the floor walked past me two times, totally ignored me. I let the store manager know what an unpleasant experience I had.
Top Notch craft store. Used some materials from Michael's to make this giant Galaga video game backdrop.
Has always been my favorite hobby store. Always well stocked and neat. The staff is very friendly and efficient.
Great products, short staffed, but staff there are very knowledgeable.
I had to send my husband in to pick an item up for me. I called ahead explained the situation and item I needed. The girls had it ready at the check out for him.
Great selection and some, but sale prices pull you in once you see the regular priced items that are so very marked up that 40% or 50% is still somewhat a high price. Beautiful store to browse and go without I guess.
The store was in perfect condition, everything in its rightful place. The staff was pleasant and friendly.
I absolutely love the store they have every craft imaginable if you're bored sitting at home and looking to do something with your kids you could take 20 bucks go there by a cool little project to work on and have a lot of fun very cheap the people are nice the store was very clean and organized and definitely go back check for discounts daily.
It was a fantastic shop. The experience was positive, and I loved the service.
