Friendly staff. Walked in with a specific purchase in mind and a coupon. A staff member took a look at the coupon and went straight into the back, briefly helping another customer, then returned with our purchase. We asked if it needed oil, and was directed to the correct oil. Helped us get it into the car. Our first visit to the store.

Not happy about their 25% off this weekend . Illuminated way to many saws. They listed brands and one would think that meant equipment of those brands. Nope in addition different equipment
Decent tools for a fair price. Although alot of their tools really lack in quality. Which I guess reflects the price. Warrantys are pretty nice.

Terrible customer service, was given a gift that was missing essential parts. No solution offered. 800 number told me to call a lock Smith on my own dime. Never again. Local store manager also offeres no assistance.
Huge selection of everything. Mixed quality so it's kind of miss. Good place for tools that you're not expecting to use much, or disposal items that you use a lot. Affordable clamps, drill bits, and saw blades that hold up as well as brand names that cost more.
I love Harbor Freight! I guess I didn't understand the appeal of hardware stores until I was a bit older but now that I enjoy them I especially love this store, this location in particular, for the prices. I get in some things that the brand could matter but I've never had an issue buying brands from here. Also for anyone interested, I've found that their diamond edge file sets 6.99 and micro flush cutters 3.99 both have a lifetime warranty and work great for hobby work. Similar cutters by a name brand hobby company that are $25, same for the files. At my store when someone's starting out with miniature building and painting I tell them to stop at Harbor Freight instead to pick up those items and for the money they save they can pick up a handful of paints or another piece for their army.
