I bought aset of pots from the posh store at the summit mall in Reno in September. I burnt some herbs in water on my stove three months later and the bottom of the four uart pot buckled inside and out. They wouldn't swap it out under their lifetime warranty, after I was told they would and drove it over there. Now they want me to mail it to "corporate headquarters" since it's longer than 30 days. Now the bottom of my big pot is spotting in the shape of the heating element on my stove from simply boiling water. I still have to drive back again and get the four quart pot. I regret thinking that buying these was a good idea. Linda Gordon Divine Grace Colon Hydrotherapy Retreat Reno
Terrible customer service, I was ignored by both cashiers as I was trying to buy a Le Creuset frying pan and a set of cooking utensils. Cashiers decided to ring up multiple customers before me, and had the audacity to ask if I am paying for the items. If you want to deal with racist employees this is the store for you.
We found and purchased a dozen of unique wine or water glasses. They have a wonderful selection of all kinds of kitchen and dining stuff. Friendly and helpful staff. Yes pricey but the quality is there.
In store or online = bad experience with orders Placed an order in the store, was promised delivery within a week. When merchandise did not arrive checked online to find out delivery is scheduled for January 2023. That is 5 months away! I appreciate supply chain difficulties but don't tell me items are available when they are not.
We went today and had a slightly complicated ordeal, but Deborah handled it with so much grace and kindness. The rest of the staff was all willing to help and so friendly — amazing staff at this location!
We love our trips to Williams Sonoma. I know I spend a dollar more, but I can almost always get kitchen stuff in my hands before I buy quality items here.
Love Williams-Sonoma. Did not like the no photograph rule. Can someone tell my why you do not like free publicity?
I always love this store even if I can't afford to shop there. The holidays clearance did have some good deals on dishes, but any food items were "full price" in my mind at the 1/2 off price. I bought 2 Fall mini spatulas. Table cloths were still $79.00 at 1/2 off!
Williams Sonoma is not the same as it used to be. I believe in order for them to be competitive they have brought in lesser quality items. I purchased some kitchen towels and compared to ones I purchased prior to these the fabric was not as good and they were not as heavy as they used to be. I would rather pay for quality not quantity.
Love the selections of unusual gear and small food items for gifts. Helpful staff. Not cheap, though!
