Has quality premium products!!! I always get favorable comments on my porcelain casseroles, which are one of my favorite shower gifts!!! The Olio Olive oil is the best! The only olive oil I ever use for a dipping oil or salad vinaigrette, so good!!
I contacted Williams-Sonoma due to the inferior craftsmanship on their $30 stainless steel garlic press. I do NOT recommend them as they do NOT warranty their products. When I contacted their guest services, they put the burden on the customer to prove it’s a Williams-Sonoma product as though they can’t tell by their own inscription on the product.
Nice place with some very attentive clerks. Good items for sale but as expected a little pricey for thongs. I would definitely suggest going there for kitchen items though!
Beware of a return policy that basically doesn’t allow you to open or try anything. “Can you imagine if we let people take things back that changed their mind?” the words from the GM about a purchase I made two days ago. Williams Sonoma just lost my business forever today.
My fiance and I came in for a scheduled appointment to create our wedding registry on November 6. Immediately, we were greeted by a staff member who was very cheery and kind. She was unable to help us, so she directed us to the checkout counter. I am not sure if the lady behind the counter was the manager or another staff member because she never introduced herself She had red hair.. The lady was rude and condescending to both of us. She started by saying the day was much busier than they expected and tried to push us to reschedule during the week. We informed her that we could not reschedule. She acted annoyed that we were in her store and lacked any customer service skills. She continued to say that during the week is easier for them and not as busy. We again said we could not come in during the week. She then said our scheduled consultant never got a lunch break, so he was scheduled to go on lunch at the time we came in and no one else could help. This was not a big deal, because we did not need a consultant to walk around with us. We were fine with asking questions when needed. She finished by briskly explaining how the in-store registry worked and walked away. The only small saving grace was the friendly staff members one man and one woman that came around from time to time. Honestly, at that point, I had such a “bad taste in my mouth” about our experience that I wanted to get in, scan our items, and leave! If it were not for the couple of items we wanted to add to our registry, I would have walked out and never returned. Any further business I have with this store will be online or not at all.
My fiancée and I came into the store to look around to see what we would like for our wedding…. Before we even got half way around the store we were asked to leave, because she said they were closed while we looked and saw others shopping in the store she escorted us out of the store. We felt like we were not wanted and that’s very disappointing, because my family has been shopping there for years. Will not be spending money at this location.
It's a beautiful store. It's area and well lit, and plenty of interesting inventory. This is going to discount store, but there is have items with a wide range of price points. The staff is the perfect blend of attentive and distant. We never felt crowded, but whenever we need somebody they're there.
Worst customer service ever. Ordered Four items in early November as gifts for a late November birthday. Three of four shipped over a two week period. Out of the blue I received an email On December 11 that asked how my customer service interaction with “Anna” was - even thought I had not made contact with the company. I pulled up the order and it showed the last item was canceled the largest piece in the order. I did not request that the item order be cancelled and it appears they cancelled it on their own. The item shows availability on their website. What gives? Sorry guys, you just lost a very loyal customer.
Little pricey but they have a little bit of everything!! Always good service here. Love the atmosphere too.
Extremely rude sales associates! Condesending and not helpful at all. I would have left, but I wanted to buy a couple of Star Wars birthday presents for a little 6yr old that really wanted them for his kitchen. I asked several questions about additional Star Wars products and I was told they didn't have anything else in the store...as I looked around I found at least 4 or more items throughout. I asked a second associate the same question and she too couldn't be bothered to even consider before answering no, turning around and walking off. I said "Thank you" and without even looking at me as she continued to walk off she very condesendingly replied "your welcome." I was shocked! I will NOT be returning to this store nor will I be asking for things for Christmas from my husband unless he orders online. Had they bothered to ask for my number at the check out they would have seen that my sweet husnand shops there for me often. But they couldn't even ring me up with proper procedure. So disappointing that these two women had no customer service at all!!
