Small location but the expected williams sonoma quality. I shop here often and have experienced no racial prejudice whatsoever as another reviewer claims they experienced. Staff seems to try to read whether or not you want to be bothered while shopping and acts accordingly. I do get the sense they are significantly understaffed and are trying to do the best they can. I doubt this location does a whole lot of business so I am glad its still here and open!
Cathy?, assisted us in finding a good quality air fryer/toaster oven/everything.....all in one. She was on point, fair, knowledgeable and stated she actually had what we were looking at. Sure. It's pricey. But. Quality is what we wanted. And we got it. We love this store, and haven't been disappointed with any of our purchases. Merry Christmas! And happy shopping.
Walked in with my black family and absolutely no one asked us for assistance. Two white young men walked in after us the guy behind the counter ran up to them asking if they need any help finding things. My husband wasn’t aware so picked up wine glasses and a wine opener then headed to the register. I walked up and told him what took place and took the items from his hands. Informing him that we would not be giving this store our money. So sad this is still happening.
I called ahead of time to see if they had a specific Vitamix Juicer in-stock and spoke to an amazingly sweet woman named, Kathy. She put it on hold for me and when I got there she was so sweet, and helpful and made my holiday shopping so easy and pleasant.
So the reason for the low rating is not the store it the staff. It’s the Corporate policy. Not shopping to store is something that just will not make sense to me. I bought a broken product and tried to exchange it, but my only option was to pay more for the item I already owned but was broken when I opened it.
I an no gormet by a long shot. But the quality of the goods here is worth the price. All Clad pans are made here and worth the cost. Plus they do go on sale every now and then. And Robbie's pancake mix is the best ever IMHO. Plus it's an interesting store to walk around in.
Ordering from Mark & Graham for the first time, a sister store to William Sonoma and Pottery Barn; only to have a rude customer service representative by the name of Sharita start telling me she could not transfer me to her supervisor. My order was to be delivered within 3 business days, and my order was not so I called to inquire and instead Sharita gave me a hard time and left me on hold for 52 minutes. I do not need to shop in stores such as these when I can go any where to get the same items. I do not care how much the items cost if it is what I want. These stores need to retrain the associates if they want to keep customers!!! Someone from the company should read the reviews and contact the customers regarding the bad experiences or comments a person leaves.
I love the quality of this store. As we replace items in our home with the higher quality items we buy here, we know we'll never have to make such purchases again! Truly great store. Alas, the Mall store is a small store, so we buy a lot online.
Avelino was very helpful. Answered all questions we had and gave some good suggestions. Very patient and kinda. Definitely recommend going to this particular store. I shall be going back when I'm ready to get my new cookware
Very good experience here. I have gotten into a situation where I'm doing all the cooking for a family. The person who assisted me was very helpful at giving me what I needed at the best price. Will be back!
