Williams Sonoma Ponce City Market

I could spend hours at this store in PCM. They have everything from spatulas to furniture it it's how it is all arranged and designed to entice customers that makes it special. I love everything from the barware section to the Asian Dragon table setting just in time for the new year. And the service is excellent, they are attentive and helpful. I want to redo my entire life when I am in the store. A 10!

This is my first review ever, but I had to share my horrible experience at this location because I don’t like being lied to by a store manager. At this location, I tried to return a Cuisinart food processor I purchased online and picked up in-store less than 30 days ago. I had only used the appliance once and did not like the blade technology, which made the appliance difficult to use, so I wanted to return it. The store manager told me that Williams-Sonoma does not accept any returns for used items and that I would have to send the product back to the manufacturer, CUSINART, if I did not like the product. I knew that sounded crazy, burdensome, and false so I contacted WS customer service and was told that my instincts were correct with a few exceptions. The customer service rep emailed me a pre-paid shipping label so that I could drop the appliance off at a UPS store and send it back to WS for a full refund because I was within the 30-day return window. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

Wonderful store for gifts! Varied array of items you dont find in other stores.

Easily the largest and best Williams-Sonoma location that I've ever seen. Their products are pricey, but you get what you pay for. I'm disappointed that W-S has closed their stores near my home in Raleigh, NC. Maybe if they opened a store like this near me, I'd spend a little more.

Reasonably priced it's a cook or bakers heaven I didnt want to leave. Assistance is on hand whenever u need it. Great Christmas gifts also.

Went in recently looking for a boning knife. The staff member was friendly and took his time trying to find one but couldn't. Now, I'm just a guy that likes to cook but I was somewhat surprised that a store that claims to be a high-end cooking store didn't stock an item so basic to kitchen equipment. Fortunately, The Cooks Warehouse at Ansley Mall had several to choose from, in addition to staff members that know about cooking. If I'm ever in the market for a $600 toaster, I'll keep Williams Sonoma in mind.

Women behind the counter was extremely rude. Simply because I was smelling the sample BBQ sauce...and not tasting it? Sorry I didn't want to waste the product. This was after a my friends had purchased items. That is no way to treat a guest in your store, even if I personally did not buy anything. This is also not the first sour interaction with the employees, seems like something should be said.

I love this store....everything you can think of to enhance your culinary experience is there....I was looking for a NYE gift for a friend....with the assistance of Melba Sales Person- I explained what I was looking for and she led me to the item....HNY to W-S & Melba - both are tops in my book...

I needed to return a broken cutting board I received as a gift for Christmas. I spoke to customer service who told me I could exchange it in store if they had the product at a location near me. I called Lenox Mall first and was immediately told that the only way I could exchange the product was to ship it back, get an e-credit, and reorder, I was also told if I came to the store she would not allow the exchange and this is customer services issue. I called the Ponce City Market store and the male manager and his employee Ashby were phenomenal! They immediately told me to come on in and they’d help me with the exchange. It’s been a tough year for everyone, especially retailers and it was nice to be approached with an understanding and friendly sales team. I know their job can be tough but sometimes appreciation on both sides is the best way to go. Thank you so much for being so kind!
