Willow Tree Lodge

Willow Tree Lodge is an amazing Motel. Upgraded rooms, Family Rooms, Fridges and Microwaves in every room, Ice machine, soda machines, laundry room, amazing staff and conveniently located to stores, restaurants and fast food. Amusement parks are nearby like Disneyland, Wolf Creek Lodge, Knots Berry farm and other attractions. 20 mins from the beach and 3 mins to SOCO night clubs and Bar district. Five stars.

Good place to stay weekly rate is good, 21 days in a row then you have to move out , for a day, the owner is nice...Rooms: 4/5

Is a great little low budget hotel right on the main road, with plenty of shopping and food with in walking distance. Staff friendly and nice Food & drinks: Lots of places to eat nearby in walking distance

The room was descent enough but we cleaned it ourselves. Biggest issue is the terrible people working there. After they get your money, the attitude changes completely. They behave very inappropriate and rude. Not sure if it's a racist thing or a lack of education but after paying an amount way over what we were quoted, you'd think they would provide stellar accommodations. Not even close like being harassed whenever outside of the room. It's not the worst place in town but I wouldnt let these people run an ant farm! I ended up staying for the duration because the refund I was entitled to didn't add up at all. Never again tho.

Room 132 was awful it's supposed to be for the family and it was discussing. The carpet was so nasty it would turn your feet black. The sheets in one of the beds were never changed and the tubs were so gross I had to clean it before letting my kids in it. Not worth the price at all. The staff was very nice and friendly though.Rooms: 1/5

The room was pretty good and had everything needed for a good hotel room and all devices were working well. The air conditioner was good and the refrigerator in the room is a bigger one, not the really small mini fridge. We got the king size bed with our room which also had this mini couch seat and coffee table the lighting was good in the room and the TV also had a few channels. Everything was cleaned and sanitized and the room also has a microwave. Towels were also clean and three location is quiet overnight. We parked directly next to our hotel room. The parking is free. Free wifi included with the room. Also, the manager is friendly and there is no room deposit required for the reservation, I'm not sure if that's because I paid with a bank card for my reservation.

Absolutely disgusting. Booked a room for my mom for Thanksgiving weekend, never ever coming back to this dumpster of a shack. Literal blood and makeup stains all over the blankets and sheets, carpet floors were not even vacuumed properly, asked room service to clean up and still the same. Don’t waste your money here. Literally spend the extra cash and find somewhere that has the decency to make your room somewhat comfortable.

Unacceptable in every way. The front desk worker was hostile and cruel to my in-laws, and ended up charging them an extra amount without providing a valid reasoning for it. I believe that his behavior was discriminatory and frankly, unlawful. The rooms were dirty and it was obvious that no efforts were made in any regard to keep it even remotely clean. I could look past the lack of quality in the room itself, but the office worker alone made for an awful experience and we will not be returning. I urge management to find better staff.

I was excited to come down to LA for a nice little weekend. I checked in to the room and dropped something under the bed and found that there was lube, a crack pipe, and pills under the bed. I wonder if they even decided to clean the room prior to check in because there was blood stains, white stains, and brown stains all over the bedsheets and bed frame. The room smelled like tobacco from the get-go and we found that there were cigarettes that were pushed down into the drain of the sink. Do not book a room at this establishment if you do not desire to be sleeping and surrounding yourself in other guests bodily fluids. Furthermore, it is both impressive and disappointing how an establishment could have a room full of stank and dank at every corner. There was a hole in the wall and the establishments solution to this problem was to stick a few brown tissue papers into it.

Lived here off and on for 14 months, puts up with No B,S, quite, 2 building's, long-term and people with kids in building at office and pool area, all others, other building. If you're staying in town awhile, weekly rates very good. Sells out almost every night.
