The customer service was extremely good. Only issue I had was a bill I had sent to collections. Was told that I could pay 200+ up-front for my tooth removal and the bill would be taken care of. Apparently that wasn't the case and a bill of 70+ was leftover after they charged the insurance that I don't even recall having. Was told the insurance didn't cover what they thought it would and that's where the bill came from. None of it made sense.... who pays 200 up-front if you have insurance? Point being keep proof of all payments.
2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was polite and courteous. Otherwise, I must warn you. I went there a year ago, as a new patient, because I had a dull pain in my molar. The dental hygienist spent a lot of time showing me a full-mouth x-ray with lots of terrible looking teeth supposedly my x-ray. Afterwards the dentist came into the room and barely spoke to me at all, other than trite chit-chat, irrelevant to my dental health. I was then ushered into the accounts receivable office, where the lady told me I would have to spend $10,000 and handed me a glossy folder with financing brochures. I asked "What for?" and it was the clerk in accounts receivable not the dentist who informed me of the extensive and expensive treatment plan. Nothing at all was done that day to address the pain in my molar. Thankfully I went elsewhere for a second opinion, where the dentist fixed my issue for under $500 a filling had fallen out. Bizarrely, my x-rays there showed good, healthy teeth--no resemblance at all to the x-rays shown to me by the dental hygienist at Wilson Martino. What?! I tried to forget it and move on, but a year later, it still bugs me enough to write this review.
So friendly!! I fluffed their Christmas tree because they haven't had time to do it themselves. They were so appreciative of it. I had a root canal done and a couple filling. They kept checking on me makings sure i was comfortable and i wasn't hurting.. they really do cader to cowards! Lol i highly recommend
I have gone to Wilson Martino dental office in Buckhannon since I was a little girl. They are the best! Shoutout to my girl Kay for always making my teeth real clean and shiny
I had to, unfortunately, have a tooth extracted. I had some anxiety about the procedure. I went to Wilson Martino. They were friendly and simply put; awesome. A little nitrous to relax me and anisthetic…then Dr. linger came in and removed it quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend this office in Buckhannon.
Very friendly and worked with my schedule. They also accepted my insurance and told me about a pregnancy program I didn't know anything about that helped pay for everything as well.
MELISSA is AMAZING as always!!! I would never get my teeth cleaned if it wasn't for her! I hope she never retires!
Always a great experience at Wilson Martino Dental. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
A friendly environment with a professional staff. You can tell they take pride in their work. I was having a prosthetic issue. Dr. Linger and staff addressed my concerns with informative feedback. Resolved the issue with professional action. If you're thinking about going to a dentist, do it. Earlier the better. Maintenance is key. Think of it as a long term investment.
Been going to the buckhannon office for 20 yrs. They do a great job with all needs when it comes to oral care and they treat you like family every time
