Winchester Public Schools have a proud tradition dating back from the first school building, First District School, which was established in 1908. In Winchester, "where we enter to learn, lead, then achieve," families and community join together in the education of our youth, proudly partnering to offer the best education possible. Batcheller Early Childhood Center hosts Prekindergarten and Kindergarten through second grade; Pearson Middle School has grades three through six.
