Windfield Farm Bakery was founded by Suzie Banck in Covington, LA in 1995 to allow an outlet for her creative need for the culinary arts. With a quaint setting in the Beautiful hills of Franklinton Louisiana, some of Louisianas favorite treats were created. Suzie shared her tallent and skills with her daughter Abby Perkins. This same passion for baking and the art of food has lead her to open a branch of this delicious buisiness in Lafayette, LA.
