The Petakas family has been inherently involved in the food business dating back to the early 1950's when our grandfather, [Papou] Nicholas Petakas, first settled in America. He went on to own and manage some of New York City's finest, most reputable restaurants and coffee shops that still maintain a thriving relevance amongst Manhattan locals. Our father, George Petakas, did not fall far from the tree. He acquired the hard working, self-made genes passed down for generations and established himself as a wholesale baker in Southern Florida. Only fitting that his oldest son [Nicholas] and daughter [Mallori] would go on to now serve the people of Coral Springs with a combination of the aforementioned ideas - a bakery outlet offering wholesome and AFFORDABLE treats and lunches to the community.
