Friendly staff & all the aisles are well organized! Made a library card in no time : Def gonna visit more frequently. Thank you!
If you are looking for a quiet place to read or study go somewhere else. What ever happened to whispering in a library? Nope. And none of the staff enforce being quiet either. Any other library I’ve been to shushes loud people then warns them to get removed
Great library and amazing staff. They are ready to help on any technical issue you may have computer, printer, copy, and so on
I love this place and having been walking down the street to it since I was a child. The expansion is wonderful, especially with COVID because you can actually keep your distance from people, and I very much appreciate the support staff, computing assistance especially the printing and the generous hours of operation; I always have trouble locating some books but that is because i think the library collections are that heavily used, but the hold service is excellent and I do think the online system very effective. My only disappointment is with the new half-shelves. They don't work for those of us disabled and unable to bend to read the titles. What is wrong with standard bookshelves that allow you to see many titles without bending? I use libraries all over the world and no one uses these half-shelves unless there is some compelling reason. But overall, a terrific resource for the community!
A lovely place to relax. Their books are great and I love the rocking chairs. This is a very consistent, clean, quiet library.
Very Racist staff !! Rude !! Inconsiderate humans if you are black or Muslim this is not the library for you . Racially profiled . Zero stars
The place is very loud and noisy. I brought my son to library so that he can focus more in quiet place but he was complaining its loud, there should be pin drop silence. But otherwise its good.
One of our favourite libraries in the city! Staff are friendly and the library is bright, clean and just a great place to be :
Has good books but it doesn’t hav devices to play with
New renovations are nice. There is not much of a selection so I often do holds and have a list of books for later. Today I went in to pick up a book and try to sort out the multiple issues I'm having with the account. This has been ongoing ever since I got a library card for this branch. I was not helped or listened to and was told to call if there are problems. That's pretty ridiculous since I was standing right there asking for assistance. I recommend going to a different branch if you want any level of service beyond the bare minimum. As for the account issues - don't bother trying to solve them in person or online.
