Selling hormone and antibiotic free beef. All meat is state inspected. Our steers are corn fed and are 18 to 24 months of age. All our beef is steakhouse quality.Unlike store bought meat that only dry ages a small section a week or two we dry age the whole steer for 30 days as this enhance the flavor and texture. We sell by hanging weight and in a variety packages. Hanging weight is sold in quarter, half or whole steer at 3.00 per pound before finale trimming. Variety packages consist of a porterhouse steak, 2 T-bones, 2 rib-eye steaks, 2 sirloins, flat iron, sandwich and chuck steaks, shish-ka bob’s, one roast, 5.lb of steak burgers and lean ground beef at $150.00. The variety package is roughly 24 to 25LB's and which comes out to about $6.00 a pound. Limited quantity also taking pre-orders.
