They have beautiful and unique jewelry. Watch repairs, adjustments, and batteries were the reasons for my most recent visit. My watches were completed quickly and the cost was extremely reasonable. But the best part of this business is that you are treated so very well. They make you feel like valued friends. I highly recommend Gramercy Park Jewelers
The salesperson Lorraine was very friendly, patient, helpful and got the perfect engagement ring designed for my gf. The prices were outlined and they were willing to accommodate my work schedule. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for custom jewelry, or to have their jewelry serviced. Very nice people to work with.
My husband and I highly recommend Gramercy Park Jewelers to be your family jeweler. My first conversation over the phone with them sold us immediately. We wanted to use my grandfather’s ring that I inherited and turn it into a feminine piece that I could wear using all of his stones. After looking through books with me they helped decide on the perfect piece. They took such delicate care with me, my feelings and my piece of jewelry that I know we won’t go anywhere else. When you walk in the door you will feel like family to them and you will want them to be your family jeweler!
They seem real legit to me and have done a great job for me a couple times I've been there and I'll go back again if I need to. I needed repairs done and I can tell you if you need resizing done on a ring then this is the perfect place to do it and get the service done promptly. They exceeded my expectations and I'm happy about that being where they are located it's got to be a circus every day for them but they care about our jewelry so rest assured it's in good hands when you leave it with them. Nice people.
I needed two necklaces repaired and took them into Gramercy Park Jewelers. We’ve dealt with them for as long as I can remember and was reminded why with this experience. The repairs were done quickly and beautifully! The charge was very reasonable and the staff exceptional.
Stellar place to get professional service and exquisite jewelry. Their buyers here really have an eye for style. They had all the newest jewelry styles I see on TV, within their store. They also had all the classic pieces too which was a nice balance in selection. I went looking for an exact custom piece that no store or online store had. Lorraine took me in as if I was her family, and proposed a solution for a custom piece. She spent dang near an hour and a half looking through books with me to find exactly what I wanted. I didn’t like a ridge on one of the choices, and she went online to find a different one without the ridge, right on the spot. Not to mention she shipped in color options for me so I knew what I was choosing. Then after all the time she spent helping me, she had it made from scratch within a quick amount of time. I’m really pleased as the way my business was handled here, and would recommend this jewelry shop 100%.

I can't think of going anywhere else for jewelry repair, watch batteries, watch bands - bring whatever you have and it all come back better than new! They brought back to life my wife's mothers ring, and a bracelet I have had for many years! Service is exemplary, and friendliest staff anywhere!!!
