Had a very pleasant stay here. We were travelling from Canada to Virginia beach for vacation and this place was hidden gem just 20mins from Beach itself. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was on site pool and hot tub. My kids had blast. Breakfast was another plus. Good balanced menu. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and they were very patient with my kids running around. Thank you guys for making our trip memorable. Good wishes from Canada.
We had our family reunion here and it was awesome breakfast was on point with the turkey breakfast meat. I was so happy. I arrive really early for check in and they got me in early which I appreciated so much. Tom the manager was very attentive to our needs along with all the staff. Thank you so much. Gidgst not sure why it has my cousin name.
First let me start with the good attributes. The staff at the front desk was lovely. BUT This hotel stay was about the worst I've had since my mid 20's and I'm over 50 now. I Stat in hotels once a month with work traveling When I walked in the hotel smells as its a 100% smokers lounge. The room I had was so outdated and in need of repairs. I slept on top of the covers and took a wash up in the sink because I was scared to use the shower. I would have just cancelled my stay but I booked through Priceline. The photos of the bed were taken when i returned to the hotel AFTER housekeeping cleaned the room. The bathroom was so small the door touches the commod. I didn't see bedbugs or roaches but I really would not have been surprised if I had. If the owners took better care and invested in upgrades, the location itself is great but seriously needs some love, care and a make over Noteworthy details: Just pay more for a better room and peace of mind
The breakfast was the nastiest I ever had at any hotel. The best thing they served was the muffins and they only served it one morning. The bed sheets and covers were damped not dry. They have no room service person I couldn't even get extra towels after a 3 night stay. The pool stayed closed and it's the summer time so why would a pool be closed . I'm coming back to Virginia but I won't NEVER stay here again. Hotel mirrors messed. Rooms: Damped bed sheets and covers and filthy mirror with stains that won't come off.
Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff, breakfast was actually tasty and they had a wide variety to chose from. Their beds are also very comfortable as well. I highly recommend this hotel.Rooms: 5/5
We booked a 2 night stay for my granddaughters graduation. 7 hours in the WiFi sucks, there was a roach crawling inside the vending machine I called to inform the front desk. Had to call the desk again because the toilet would not flush after use. I pray all goes well tomorrow. I probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel, it was our last choice after all the others we tried were booked. I will keep yall posted for day 2. I will add Stars tomorrow or Saturday. Noteworthy details: Most customers would be extremely unhappy with having to leave their room for decent Wifi service especially knowing the whole world is High Technology we all look for this service, so do not offer it to customers if you can't afford to give your customers the best for the price of the stay.
