I ordered take out from Wings Etc. today. I got 24pc traditional wings with a variety of hot sauces. And a Philly Steak sandwich with curly fries. The wings were hot and delicious. I also liked the sandwich a lot. I only waited 20 minutes for them to get ready for my order. While waiting I asked to have a cup of Coke, Sophia who helped me brought my drink, and didn't charge for it, it was very nice of her so thank you for that. I really like the atmosphere of this restaurant so next time I will dine in.
The wings are just ok, but some of them came half cooked. I ordered the pretzels bites and the beer dip was cold, tasteless and it was more like a gelatin… awful.
As a first timer I had such a great time. Grace the bossand Kayla were the best. Thank you both for such a great experience. God bless you and the others
Plays to the local crowd. Friday nights right now when the high school football team is playing away in the play offs, the game will be steamed live. Food is decent and drinks are too. This is how a Team is Built. This was the past. ..........Took forever for our food. Waitress took forever and worried about other parties instead of us. Got our fries after we had our wings. Today the management and team at Wings Etc showed me and my family why they are better then the rest. Amazing food, high quality service, leadership driven.
Great food, great atmosphere! I had the boneless wings with hot honey mustard sauce and it was amazing! Had a couple Guinness' to wash them down. Highly recommend, I would definitely stop here to eat again. Well, back again a year later. Stopped in for a bite to eat while on our way to Joliet to start the Red Carpet Corridor on Route 66. I went with the 1/2 slab of bbq ribs, fries and cottage cheese. The meal didnt disappoint! We will be back!
Foods always good. Good wraps, good wings with a good selection of sauces. Service is sometimes slow, especially at lunch. But the staff is always friendly. Everything is priced well. Usually eat at wings once a month.
The food is great however the service on two separate occasions has been awful. We got to the restaurant at 1:07 pm and were still waiting for our food at 2:20 pm with no updates on our food in between. We thought the first time was a fluke so we decided to give this establishment another chance especially because we liked the food. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be returning due to the service. Edit: Our food came out around 2:35, which was an hour and half after we arrived and two of our orders were incorrect. To add, the restaurant was not overly busy.
There were 3 of us, we each ordered something different from each other.. none of us took more than 3 bites out of our meals before we decided they were completely flavorless & disgusting. Spoke to a manager & tried to explain we aren't looking to have anything refunded but everything was horrible. She basically tried to say we were wrong & preceeded to point out that our dog on their DOG FRIENDLY patio bumped the waitress & caused her to spill OUR sodas. We apologized several times & also made sure to leave our waitress a great tip. The manager didn't charge us for anything. I would have rather paid the entire bill than deal with the extremely rude & unprofessional manager.
Wings were amazing!! The staff was wonderful and friendly and the beer was ice cold. Lots of other food to choose from. TV’s everywhere so you don’t miss a minute of the game. What more could you ask for?
