If I was the owner of this franchise I would be seriously concerned. These employees are running this business to the grown. Terrible customer service, terrible work ethic and no respect for themselves or the establishment. I will never return here again. Placed my order online only to arrive to the facility to have to wait an additional hour to receive my order. When I finally did receive it, my order was incomplete. The employees were busy laughing, cracking jokes, asking for female customer's number, and playing loud music with profanity there were children in the establishment eating. The manager had no remorse for the wait or incorrect order. If anything, he made it seem like I was bothering him.Terrible attitude. The employees carelessly placed items in the bag and everything was spilled over. I had to hold the mess together because the brown bag had torn at the bottom due to the spill. Save your money, time and sanity, drive the extra miles to a different location. I hope the owner truly does a complete swap out of it's staff and hires people who truly want a job.
Ordered online, was shown a 16-20 minute wait. When I arrived at the restaurant about 15 minutes after ordering, I was told it would be another 40-50 minutes before it was ready. How can the time be that far off? They had my contact info, would have been easy to notify that the website wait time was incorrect. Ended up cancelling the order and getting food elsewhere as I could not wait another hour before it was ready.
My order was taken at 9:25pm and I waited for almost 40min. As I I asked how long it takes to cook the wing's they replied with 13min. . I was hopping for common decency but all I received was attitude. I thanked them anyway then left.Food: 2/5
Online ordering is a joke. Placed an order today with 3 different items and DoorDash only dropped off 2. Tried calling the store for help and the phone rang and rang. Unprofessional.Food: 5/5
This is the nicest place on earth! Stopped here before the Chiefs home opener. It was CRAZY BUSY. The employees were functioning like a well oiled machine. Everyone was so relaxed and professional. I don’t know if the Chiefs game inspired them or they work at this level every day, but they were on point!! I have never been to this location, it’s a little out of my area. I’m definitely going to make this my stop from now on. To top it all off I dropped my debt card on my way out and some very kind man gave it to the manager who immediately called me and let me know it was there. PS the food was great!
Omg I dont understand how this place is still open. No sense of urgency to get anything done. The way they talk to one another is beyond me. People literally leave and come back to their orders still not being ready and the employees dont seem to care at all. I would not recommend this location. Can’t believe that there is a manager on duty that they seem to have no respect for at all.
The food tasted good but the service brought the rating down. Saved from 2 stars by the price. Ordered some 60 cent wings before the lunch rush. The site doesnt allow you to pay on the site, you have to walk in to pay. Not ideal but ok. The estimated wait time was 15-25 minutes. So after 15 minutes I drove over to get my food. When I got there though the food wasnt done. So I waited in their closed dining area. The area was a mess. The floors were super sticky and there were open cases of supplies about. I had to wait in this area for another 10 minutes. Looked like they were filling out all their door dash orders before getting to mine. I was standing right there, feed me too. Almost made me late for class.
Always good. There's a little wait time due to they prepare you food fresh as you order. It's well worth the wait. BONUS - THEY'RE OPEN TIL MIDNIGHT!!! Parking: Parking available directly in front of establishment. Kid-friendliness: Ther a kids menue.
if i could give 0 stars i would. multiple people probably 5 at least got their orders before us. we didn't make a big order and we waited 40 minutes just to get it and for it to barely be appetizing.
I'm conflicted with this location. There are times when my food tastes like someone just quit, and other times when it tastes like Gordon Ramsey works there. Food: 4/5
