Ok. So the old ugly chick with short curly hair. Beware. I was absolutely not drunk whatsoever and she wouldn’t serve me. Luckily the manager was not only nice enough to get it but paid for it.thank you Columbus Your awesome. Unfortunately if I see her in the liquor store I’ll go elsewhere. But your the best Columbus. Shelves stocked well, produce looking fresh,needed floor help to find items, but all said and done a good experience.
This store discriminates against people with disabilities. They told me I couldn't use my mobility scooter in their store and the store manager himself threw me out worst experience ever. Even asked me personal questions about my disability which is against the law
Place is always well stocked & it's obvious that they keep up with the maintenance. Winn-Dixie was the 1st place my husband & I went food shopping when relocating from N.Y. Managers take their responsibilities very serious. They have good workers as well as Good Maintenance Facility Techs City Facilities Yes some things are pricey but the customer satisfaction is great. You get what you pay for. Thanks to all those that do their best to make things right. Produce always fresh & as mentioned before place is always well stocked also place looks well kept & maintained.
So happy to see Columbus back. He was always kind and had great customer service skills. We were sad not to see him for 4y. He's amazing and this store will be better having him back!! Roll tide, Columbus!
There’s a chick at the service desk. Don’t know her name but she wears a mask still as If she’s still living in 2020. Anyhow aside from that she’s a rude I won’t say otherwise this post would get removed. Girl if you hate your job that much go get another one. Cause you our costing your customers to want to go elsewhere to shop. Im sure you don’t care but eventually Winn Dixie will
I like this Winn Dixie because it's clean, has a good selection, and of course has the liquor store! Valerie was such a fun cashier and the general culture seems like a happy one.
Horrible experience. I had to literally raise my voice to get this employees attention that was standing 5ft from me, and then I asked to get some help unloading stuff in my car and eventho I was the only person in the store they couldn't find anyone to help me. So there is 2 other stores in a 1 block radius I now see why they are packed and this store is empty!!! Go to the one of the other stores.
I have visited two different stores in the last few weeks and have found that the polices and employees do not take care of the customer only the corporation. I will not shop at Winn Dixie again.
Always clean. Nice staff, some not to friendly but that's ok.
