Winnie's Cakes

Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Service was horrible. Cake tastes mediocre compared to competition. There is little to no difference between any of the cake flavors. The cakes tastes as if she just adds food coloring. The staff is very rude and condescending. If you choose a cake design that they don't like the decorator will add things to the cake without discussing it with you in an effort to preserve the company's image rather than giving the customer what they ask and pay for. They ask for color swatches to guarantee an exact match, but produce something entirely different. They require payment in full prior to baking the cake then produce a product that does not honor your requests and are unwilling to rectify mistakes.
