The Winston Lake Family YMCA is constantly growing and expanding the youth and adult sports program. The program hosts a variety of sports for all ages. All youth leagues focus on teaching youth teamwork, friendships, skills and respect for coaches, players and self. Through our Open Doors Financial Assistance program, we offer assistance to individuals and families in our community to ensure that no one is turned away due to an inability to pay.
The YMCA of Northwest North Carolina which provides services to our community through its many community outreach programs. Some programs include adult literacy, family mentoring and after-school assistance, among others.
The YMCA encourages our members, program participants and staff to include our character development values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility and Faith in their activities.
