Quickly and efficiently solved my technical difficulties. At first we thought I was going to need a new phone due to a faulty mic, but Alex gave my phone a 'spa treatment' and cleaned gunk out of all ports and checked a variety of settings. My phone now works great! Gary even checked to make sure I was on the best plan possible for my needs. They've always been helpful and efficient.
I went into verizon today and Gary was amazing. He helped me so much. He was so helpful and explained everything to me and was so patient and understanding. I would recommend anyone to go see him if they need any kind of help. He will definitely be my go to from now on. He definitely made it a pleasant experience
Mr. Brad was absolutely awesome!!! I had an issue with my SIM card and came in when he was super busy helping other customers. He instantly greeted me and welcomed me on in. He had other customers, but was still multitasking fantastically to help us both in a timely manner. The customer support on the phone was not being very cooperative and Mr. Brad really took the time to make sure they were doing what they needed to do for me to be taken care of. Mr. Brad was super funny and such a sweet guy with awesome customer service skills. Although he probably felt bad for the wait, I was never once bothered by it because he kept me in good company and kept me laughing and got everything I needed taken care of. What a great representation of your company he is! Whenever I come back for an upgrade or any issues, I will definitely be coming in the days he works, because I know ill be taken care of. I’ve already recommended him to a couple people that have Verizon as well. Thank you, Brad! You rock!
Used to work there. They only care about bottom line. If you don’t get all the accessories they straight up lie about needing a new charger when the charger hasn’t changed in the last few years. Got fired after not wanting to upgrade a woman’s dead husbands line. Hailey’s great tho
I have been serviced by this store for probably 15 years or more gary's help me several times Hailey helped us today and I am always very pleased with the service that I get here since I have come across this store. I don't go to any other of Verizon store when I'm in Florida and I live here so I appreciate all that they do for me. They're very helpful. Thank you.
