The Health & Fitness Lab, located in the Preston Center, provides fitness services, Personal Training, Massage and consultation services to the WKU community. The Lab provides all the fitness programming in the Preston Center including group fitness classes and various fitness services including fitness assessments, exercise prescriptions, weight training orientations and healthy lifestyle counseling.
if you would like to become a fitness professional; we offer certifications in group exercise and personal training to get you on your way. If not, we put on special events, competitions and fitness programs like Group Functional Training to keep you in great shape.
