What a disappointing experience to show up as a solo diner, and wait 22 minutes to be completely ignored at my table. No water, no questions, no explanations about why I was not greeted by a server. I was ready to order almost immediately. Please note there were at least 2 servers, one busser, and the hostess at a minimum attending to a slow dining room. It’s always a little disappointing eating out by yourself, but to be completely disregarded and ignored makes it much worse and now I still need to go find dinner. Thanks so much Kerbey Lane. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this has definitely changed my attitude about your ability to provide a good experience for dinner. Probably not returning.
The cafe is good they have lot of options to choose from. I liked their veggie pattie on the side was good. Place is well maintained. Service is quick. Food is good
Great fare as always. The chicken fried steak is actually waygu cuts and really good. I like how their pancakes are always a little bit crispy. And of course the baked potato omelette is a great way to start the morning. And as always service was also top notch

I eat here a lot, and most times it’s a good experience. However each time we Uber eats, our food is always wrong, I had macaroni noodles in my omelette…none of our potato’s were even seasoned and I’m not to picky typically but it was just diced potato’s. We even had a stale English muffin that was too hard for my GF to even bite through…not to mention wrong food additions like asking for no peppers and also never even getting our side pancake. I leave the review as a long long time customer hoping you just do better…
The coffee was very thin. The food was disappointing. We ordered the seasonal French toast and chicken pancakes. The toast was soggy with much sweetness and the pancakes came with hot sauce which tastes weird. The whole place also smells of toilet detergent.
Compare with other locations. There is no waiting time for Saturday Afternoon. That’s awesome. And it’s pretty clean and relax. Food is remaining the same quality as the original location. Great job!
I had regular coffee with my meal, good flavor. The cinnamon swirl on my blueberry pancakes was so good. I hadn't had that before and jalapeño smoked sausage. Lovely brunch with my daughter.Food: 5/5
Excellent experience. Rarely see such teamwork and outsource attitude at a restaurant. From the manage on down. Impressive. Good food, good beer. And they have a new cocktail menu. The blackened fish tacos were great. Edit from latest visit: Here for 30 min. Still no food. Queso and a cup of chili. This should have been here by now, I may have to just leave.
Our experience here overall alright. The food was great but the service was a little subpar. One waitress curly red hair seemed to quarrel with another waitress when some people asked to be moved from a small table in the middle to a booth on the side, that was a little peculiar. Overall still 4 stars but I think I'd go to a different Kerbey Lane location next time.
