Awesome family friendly park! The people here are really friendly and the park is real close to the beach in my pictures.
Our family has had trailer at this park for a few seasons now, pool and playground has been great for our two young daughters. Residents have been very friendly and welcoming and being this close to the beach is a big plus!
My family have a trailer here and its lovely, great community. Lots of activities in this space for children, huge park and a pool. Even better just down the road you reach the beach. We love going here, great time to connect with family
I have been visiting this trailer park for years. It is very well kept. All the events and extracurriculars they have for families and kids are amazing! There is so much to do and everyone is so respectful and friendly.

Well-kept park with new playground equipment and heated pool. Friendly check-in, fun activities for kids and adults. Very nice place to visit!
We've been trying to get into Woodhaven for 2 seasons. We visited again this year. It looks like they did a bunch of upgrades. The managers were awesome they took the time to show us around and answer all our questions and tell us about the area. The rates are very cheap for a park so close to beach.
Enjoyed the band on Labour Day weekend, small store had firewood, ice and candy for the kids. Small park but lots going on.
The park was always our place to get away, enjoy life, and relax. That won't happen anymore. This park is a Killam property and despite Killam talking about being a company that builds communities, that believes in honesty and integrity in their business practices and focusing on sustainability and environmentally sound policies nothing but the opposite is true. They are forcing families out of the park that have older model trailers that have been well maintained so that shiny new trailers can be brought in. Hypocrisy and heartless. Ppl that have been in the park for years and been good tenants that made the park what it is are now being told to move out in 45 days.
Used to be a great park but the new park manager is absolutely terrible. Do not go here. Not worth the headaches. Hopefully the owners will realize how badly he is affecting their park and make a change.
