Usually, the base price associated with each piece of furniture is made with standard lumber such as pine and poplar. Any upgrades from standard to exotic lumber add to the sale amount of the furniture based solely upon the exotic lumbers cost; meaning we do not surcharge just because a client wanted to use Walnut instead of Oak.
